Why have a customer care number if…

Why have a customer care number if there is no one sitting on the other side to receive call? The website where you can check your order status shows absolutely no info, most of the columns with shipment info shows NA even after 10 days from order date. And yes I have already emailed the customer support with all details but alas with no response.

I ordered my whey protein from offical on website but it's has been cancelled without cancellation. No customer support I am trying to connect with customer care no one picking the call even I do email still no revert. The worst decision I order this product very disappointed. 0/10 .no customer support it's really sucks even I paid now worried about my money

Bought the mass serious mass product

Bought the mass serious mass product. The scoop supplied is far too big for any water bottle. Unless you have a funnel half of it will be wasted. Also for the price the taste isn't that great. Better products out there.

With any mass gainer because the product is comparatively heavy, with the quantities larger. a bigger scoop is provided in order to enable the product is consumed as easily and effectively as possible. For reference it would require around 11 scoops of a regular Gold Standard Whey scoop to bring you to the advised amount. Really, really good business and product

great customer service and a brilliant product. I have tried the whey protein and the mass gainer and both were exceptional. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My order took 3 weeks to get to me

My order took 3 weeks to get to me, there courier service who they use (Evri) sent the first order back to another country (the order comes from the Netherlands) simply because there lazy delivery driver couldn't be bothered delivering it, they lead over and over again on the tracking. Things got worse when optimum nutrition said they was sorry for what had happened and would send my order express delivery the second time, (complete lie and they sent it standard delivery) so the so called express delivery took a further 2 weeks to get here, they later admitted they hadn't sent it expresses delivery. Absolute nightmare of a experience and I will never use this company again, if you want your order in delivering in a reasonable amount of time stay well away from this company.

These negative comments are unbelievable lol. Been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey protein, and pre workout for past three years. Would never think of using anything else. As quite simply they are the best. There website is well layed out, and so straightforward to order. Email notifications are sent as soon as my order is placed. And again when my items are posted. Tracking and delivery is first class too. Never yet waited more than four days for my products. Keep up the great work Optimum nutrition. If it wasn't for your great products, I wouldn't be in the brilliant shape I am now. 😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

No problems, just another online purchase.

Ordered on the 20th Apr, 2x 100% whey protein double choc 2.27kg. Got tracking from FedEx cross border, items being sent from NL and another tracking from Evri who would deliver rest of the way once in the UK.
Received items today 25th Apr, packaged well and both tubs inside had outer and inner seals intact. My experience was 10/10 and I will order again if the prices are still good.

Order never arrived - customer service awful

Order never arrived and had little to no communication. Thankfully Klarna will investigate. Shocking as I've used the products a long time. Pretty disappointed, would never order again.

No option to cancel & no 'code not valid' error

This company does it's best to mislead people. I applied a code for 20% off and got a message saying that the code was accepted. I clicked "Review & pay" but instead of being able to review, and see that the code was not applied, it just placed the order. There is no option to cancel an order even if u create an account. There is some small print that says you can cancel by telephone but only within 10 minutes of the order. I tried but they don't answer the fone.
I emailed twice, many hours before the item was dispatched but that apparently isn't good enough. Customer service wasn't available on the weekend.
An email from the company just says I can refuse delivery but I'm pretty sure they'll find a way to keep my money if I do that.
I've asked for details of how to return but I'm sure they'll make that difficult too.
Very shoddy service for such a big company.
The ON Gold standard protein in French Vanilla is the best I've found so it's a shame the website and process lets them down.
The product is available £20 cheaper in a local store so I'll stay off the website in future!

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about personally.

Ordered directly for some whey protein and pre workout (I usually get it from the gym but they were out of stock on the flavour I like)

I ordered while half asleep in the morning before work and got the wrong flavour, so I rang them and Shan was very helpful and refunded me straight away and also kindly sent me the 15% off code I initially used so I could order again.

No issues at all, ordered again and it's being delivered through DHL and not evri...

Honestly they probably get hundreds of orders per week and seems like only a few have had issues with their orders, and in my experience the customer service was great.

Will definitely be ordering from them again. The only downside is that the price of the protein is a little high, but most proteins are these days.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid. Surprised a leading brand like this could be so shoddy. I've never had to raise a credit card dispute before but they simply ignore emails and tweets for non-delivery. They also use Evri which means there's more than a chance your order won't turn up. Terrible experience all round.

Misleading/Mediocre website, Poor Customer Support

Ordered a present for my nephew for 127gbp. There was a promotion going for a free backpack. They also basically forced me to use a welcome discount code. Their mediocre website accepted 2 of those codes without any error or notification. i intentionally set up my order in order to receive a backpack. So i thought everything is all right and we were waiting for the package to arrive to the UK from their storage in NL. Little did i know that a welcome discount code and the minimum order amount code for the backpack are not stackable.(makes sense? no). To sum up, me and my nephew are disappointed.
Also i had to use VPN, otherwise, the website always showed an error. (great start for shopping).

DISCOUNT: £ 19.95
SHIPPING COSTS: £ 0.00
TAX: £ 21.17
TOTAL: £ 127.02

Why did I not check reviews before I ordered still waiting for delivery till date looking at other reviews I don’t think I will get my order please be warned go buy from other websites and make sure you read reviews first stay away from this company even with 50% off save your self you will end up loosing money and time .

I bought creatine from this company after opening it stinks of godless diesel and there is a black protective sticker. After taking it, I vomited for two days and had a headache. They do an investigation very bad service.

I ordered few items around 1st January

I ordered few items around 1st January. It was showing that i will get it in 6th Jan. I waited all day no one came to deliver. Tried calling the customer on 10 Jan informed about it to customer representative Shan, he said he will look into it did not hear anything after that. On 17th January called again another agent picked some lady don't know her name. She said it will be resolved within 2days , she was not even listening to the query properly. I asked her what if it is not resolved in 2 days she said they will refund the money in that case. I asked her to send me the proof of discussion in a email which she said she will do, but she did not. I also asked her if there is by way i can collect it from the delivery company as they don't seem to be delivering and it's long time. But she kept saying will be resolved in 2 days.

On 24 January i emailed again to check if it is resolved if not cancel and return. It's 4 days now still no response.

well optimum Nutrition is big brand and they have great products. But their customer service is just shameful.

Why has serious mass changed its formulas? The original formula was the best!

Please optimum nutrition can you go back to your original serious mass flavours? They tasted so good! The new formula of serious mass tastes so bad and has a really bad aftertaste to it!! At least if your going to change the product surely you would make it better not taste worse. It used to be the best mass gainer but now sadly isn’t anymore really needs improvement!!

A truly awful outfit

A truly awful outfit.
3 weeks after placing my order still not had my refund or delivery of the product.
Chased the matter on several occasions, always seem to reach the same customer call handler - who will regularly hang up the phone, and unable to resolve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs. I would pay more for a product with one of the competitors, just to avoid this cowboy service.

** emailed and called on more occasions than I care to remember. Please don't mislead people into thinking you are good at customer service***
