Package lost, not refunded.

I put one star because I couldn't put zero. Ordered for 120€ of products in November, they used a cheap courrier, package was lost, I contacted them for a refund and they said that they would wait to receive to package back to issue a refund. I told them that this problem was between them and the courrier and that I shouldn't have to wait for a refund, still no money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

Why have they changed the formula of the serious mass?

The old formula of the serious mass flavours were the best especially the strawberry one the new formulas that they have now taste so artificial and have a weird aftertaste any chance you could go back to the original flavours? The new formulas are so bad

Avoid Or Be Prepared To Get Angry

This company have one staff member here in the UK who is going under the false name of Shan. He is young and very inexperienced in customer service but is well-oiled in the art of blagging customers when it comes to missing orders, replacements or refunds. Take your time to read the countless reviews all saying they are being ignored when orders go missing.

I have written a letter which I am going to send to the owners of Optimum Nutrition about the poor standard of service many people are experiencing here in the UK. The company head office will not be aware of this so I will be making sure they will be fully in the picture.

Customer services are shocking

Customer services are shocking, ordered protein for my partners birthday on 08/11 and still not got it. Says it was delivered raised a query with them. Still nothing. His birthday was over a month ago, paid for it and not got my money back. Keep chasing and now I'm getting no reply!!

Regarding your order being lost by the courier, we of course emphasize with you in this situation and share your frustration.

I can see that a postal investigation was started for you and once this was completed you were compensated. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost we do have protocols to follow so that we can find out why this happened.

I tried the gold standard before it was…

I tried the gold standard before it was okay and tasted good too but recently I bought their 100% whey Isolate chocolate flavor and it's too sweet due to the artificial flavors in it - I couldn't find the amount of sucralose in it anywhere on the internet and I tried to call their customer service or "product specialist" who couldn't help at all she just kept saying "they don't show the percentage of sucralose in the products"

I still can't understand why would they hide this information - it's important to us consumers to know exactly how much of it is in our protein.

No Refund and Courier choice is Worse

Do not use Optimum Nutrition they refuse to refund your money and use a very cheap courier called Evri who did not deliver and since the 22nd November I have still had not parcel and no refund. Avoid at all cost you are better getting goods from elsewhere.

Please use an alternative. Don't be tricked

Just wanted to update you on the poor service from both Optimum Nutrition and their courier service. Basically, they use Evri, which is a very poor courier service. I ordered on the 14th, delivery was delayed by Evri (not a surprise) and noted on 18th November. No update or delivery whatsoever. I email Optimum Nutrition on 22nd November asking for an update. They mention that basically the only thing they can do is open a postal investigation and it will take up to 7 working dates (10 more days waiting for my order). I ask for a refund and they have refused until their investigation with their courier is completed, so basically, nothing happens, I didn't receive anything and I have to wait to get my own money back. Please order from Myprotein or another store that is reliable and really gives great service. The only reason why I came here is that Myprotein were out of stock. These guys are just lads trying to run a poor business.

Package is stuck in transit with…

Package is stuck in transit with courier EVRI. No one is interested in helping out. Optimum Nutrition customer service is nonexistent. (Don't answer the phone)
EVRI customer service number is a premium number £6 plus phone company access charge.
Taking my business elsewhere

I have used optimum nutrition for years…

I have used optimum nutrition for years and used to get great results from the serious mass and now I don’t use it anymore since they updated their formula in 2020 I really can’t stomach the new formula it tastes so bad and artificial and the old serious mass formula used to taste great now the flavours are horrendous I'm not sure what has happened but I don’t understand why they changed there flavours when they worked so well for years without any problems. If you can remember the old flavours then you know what I mean. I’m very disappointed with why they have done this and now have gone with a different brand until they decide to go back to their original formula I won’t be using it again it’s just not the supplements it used to be.

Superb customer service (Shan)

I placed an order a week ago and the protein bag had a whole and the powder was spilled. I wroteto their customer service and the respone and support i received from Shan was so professional.
I was offered a full refund or a replacement and I've gladly chosen a new bag as a replacement.
Thank you Shan. Thank you ON.
Will return and shop from your website again for sure.

Unprofessional, scumbag company full of liars

Do not order this powder directly from the website. They lie about the time that it takes to ship. I ordered the extreme milk chocolate on the 13th, i selected 3-5 business days and these guys still have said it's "in transit".

They make decent protein powder I can't lie, it probably is the best bang for your buck so I will give them 1 star for that.

Damage product sorted straight away

Always loved the double rich chocolate but I ordered the largest size which has gone up a fair amount but in these times it’s understandable.

Once received I was disappointed to see a rip in the bag and a fair amount had fallen out so I emailed their customer service expecting a voucher or a smaller one sent out but was surprised when they offered to send out a new one of the same size and they replied to an emailed with around 30 minutes apologising and getting it sorted straight away. Obviously this was not the fault of optimum nutrition but the carrier but the service was second to none.

Absolutely dreadful customer service…

Absolutely dreadful customer service and delivery service. The product was meant to be delivered by 16th July and still not delivered. I asked the delivery company they replied we have returned the product back to the sender. Now I am at their portal waiting from day to get hold of them.

Poor customer service - illness

Received a bad-batch product which was inedible. Provided feedback to customer team and filled in the details to test the batch no. Received patronising customer service and no solution. For such a big brand, that I have enjoyed the product of for a while, it seems weird to lose customers over poor customer service, as is the theme of these other reviews!!
