Our customers range from private customers who simply require spare keys for desks or cabinets to worldwide facilities management companies managing large corporate sites throughout the country, often with complex security needs. If we can't cut a key we will do our utmost to source it for you. Great customer service
I ordered 2 sets of keys, both sets came really quickly. The first set worked perfectly, the second set wouldn't fit in the lock. I received prompt and friendly responses until the issue was resolved.

Thank you for taking the time adding your comment on Trustpilot.
Your order was place on Saturday the 27th July and cut and dispatched on Monday 29th 1st class Royal Mail as selected.
The delay in cutting you order is that the Key dept. is closed over the weekend.
Once it leaves hear its then down to the Royal Mail to fulfil their part and unfortunately this has not happened.
I appreciate your concern and frustration as this also affect us. Please let us know if you order does not arrive so that we can cut and dispatch a 2nd order. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Exactly what I asked for and very reasonable price too! I ordered from some other place first and they were useless! I had no issues with Oskeys (probably cause they got the order right) took 3 days for delivery but I did order after 2:30pm so that’s probably my fault! Will definitely use these again! Thanks!
