Great Customer Service
I had an issue with the key that I purchased. I emailed them, reply was prompt and very good advice was given to get the key to work. THEY ALSO SENT OUT ANOTHER KEY STRAIGHT AWAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT LEFT LET DOWN WITH THE LAST KEY THAT DIDN'T WORK.

UNBELIEVABLY FAST TURNAROUND
Ordered an urgent replacement key for one that was over 40yrs old, on 12th March 3.30pm.
It arrived via Royal Mail at 11.56am on 13th March. You can't ask for more than that! This is the 2nd time I've used Oskeys; I wish all companies were as responsive. Thank you again.

Long time in coming but eventually resolved!
Sadly, the key took an age to arrive but the company did send me more than one and several emails explaining their position. I am now happy that they have done their best to resolve the issue. The Post Office is clealry letting them down.

Good Morning Roland. Thank you for you comments however I fell they are unfair and incorrect. Tracking number was not available to give as this option was not selected at checkout and a 2nd delivery was offered on reply to the email sent 6/3/24 asking you to check the shipping address before your order was recut and dispatched which I am still waiting on. Therefore I can only assume that this order was delivered as no reply received. I understand it is very frustrating when your order does not arrive on time and inconvenient.
