Oubas is one of my favourite companies. From placing your order to it arriving it is done with care. The packaging is always beautiful. Quality is amazing, it is created with love and attention to detail. Bonus points for doing custom sizes for people who are not clothes mannequin sized.

Typically I ordered Forest Green merino wool with long sleeves as the weather turned but when I tried it on I was so happy - looking forward to being able to wear it later. In the meantime my light summer ‘cotton’ knit top from last year is back out and looking just as fabulous with linen and cropped trousers.

Leider hat alles nicht geklappt. Der Pullover wurde am 5. August bestellt. 2 Lieferanten wurden nach meiner Reklamation, dass die Ware immer und immer wieder nicht geliefert wird, beauftragt. Als 2.Liefertermin wurde mir der 17. September zugesagt, leider klappte auch dieses nicht. Wieder musste ich die Initiative ergreifen obwohl Laura von Oubas versprach, dies zu monitoren.
Oubas hat zwar den Betrag für den Pullover zurückerstattet, aber die Versandkosten und die Zollgebühren muss ich nun tragen, obwohl ich nichts bekommen habe! So habe ich Lehrgeld für nichts bezahlen müssen:-((. Schade, den die Wollprodukte scheinen schön zu sein. Ich werde aber nur noch in Deutschland kaufen, denn diese Erfahrung und der Ärger und die investierte Zeit sind einfach zermürbend!

Lovely, high quality item!

My order was placed mid July, arrived early August. Was well out of specification - returned using the prepaid label and a promise made for a replacement that is within spec. I can get no response from OUBAS - to e mails, phone calls or the chat box despite multiple messages. Not good.
I have had a previous product which is excellent and why I ordered a second. But this service is worrying and they have had my money since mid July.
