Order MT-100, they came next day.
The sclaes wouldn’t zero out so I calibrated them and tried again, still no luck.
Contacted “Our Weigh” and they have said I can return bit have to pay for the postage and also any package that seems damaged. The plastic tray for the scales inside the box was broken on delivery so didn’t even bother send back as the cost wouldn’t make sense to.
So i’m left with a broken scale and a had to go buy some actual scales that worked.
They just want to sell, they don’t want returns. Fast responders though.

When our pallet scales developed a fault outside of the warranty period, Lynsey and the team were extremely helpful in investigating the issue. They liaised with the manufacturer, provided clear guidance on the possible causes of the fault, and were transparent about the potential repair costs and options available.
Communication throughout was prompt, professional and friendly. Although the scales ultimately needed replacing, the team made the process straightforward and kept us informed at every stage.
A special thank you to Lynsey for her excellent customer service and support. I would happily recommend Our Weigh and will continue to use them for our weighing equipment requirements.

Good quality scale
The delivery was good, and I am happy with the scale.
I use it for measuring supplements, as I am hyper sensitive and have to start with almost nothing and increase very slowly. I only give 4 stars as it’s not 100% exact. However, the best I have tried and good enough as it’s impossible to get 100% with a scale in this price range. I am happy with this product and can recommend it to others.
