Fabulous shoes at a fabulous price
Fabulous shoes at a fabulous price. Easy to order and quick delivery. Will be coming back for more! As a dance teacher needing to rethink all my footwear following foot surgery, Altra Experience Form have enabled me to walk (the dog/to the shops etc) and even dance without pain for the first time in months. Just the right amount of cushion versus support, don't even need to wear insoles for the first time in years. I expect I will even be back on the treadmill (gently) very soon!

'Sinner' gradient sunglasses.
I wanted a pair of gradient sunglasses (for days when the sky is bright but not necessarily sunny) of decent quality at a realistic price. The 'Sinner' looked like a reasonable compromise. They were also cheaper than on several other websites. Delivery was within three days as anticipated. I would say I have an average sized face and they fit well enough. Also work as expected.

Refused refund for non-delivery of item
Ordered a sleeping bag a week before a Mother’s Day camping trip. Should have arrived on the Tuesday and didn’t. Chased on the Wednesday and was assured it would be there by Thursday, it never arrived. Chased again on the Friday and was told they were speaking to Royal Mail (who never received the parcel, according to the tracker). As it would not arrive by Sunday, I asked to cancel and have a refund, as is my right under consumer law. They declined and said I’d have to wait until they had heard back from Royal Mail. Very unsatisfactory outcome and leaves us short for a trip the family were looking forward to.

Slow delivery and poor customer service.
The initial product I ordered was out of stock despite showing available. After choosing a replacement, I paid £7 for the premium delivery option, however it took over a week for the item to be shipped which meant that it did not even arrive in time for my trip. I have then also been made to pay £4 to return the item, which I have not even opened. So all told I am £11 down due to their poor service, and the customer service. I am told the delay was due to them not actually having the item in stock, and having to order it from the supplier before shipping to me. I was not made aware of this before hand, and would not have made the purchase if I had been.

Berghaus skelbo jacket is supposed to have two zipped pockets and 2 hand pockets. There is no hand pockets and on the inner lining on zip it should have berghaus logo branding which it doesnt….

I always purchase Jack Wolfskin footwear for their longevity, comfort plus being a dog lover I like the cool logo.

Tried to change me another £5.40 for p&p after I’d already placed the order and was told p&p was £3.99 . Apparently they do this on a regular basis, so beware,and find another company.
