Bought a kids life jacket off their website, the photo shown was neon pink however the one delivered was neon yellow. Contact number and email on the website both don’t work, what a scam of a company!

Placed an order. When I hadn’t heard anything within the promised dispatch time, enquired where my order was. They replied that the items were nil stock and asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes. Then nothing. No response. No refund. Tried phoning them and their published phone number is a dead number. Absolute rip-off merchants. I’ve had to go through my card company and raise a transaction dispute to get my money back. Avoid them at all costs.

Updated - after my review I did receive an email reply. I had to pay £6.70 to return good via Evri with signed for delivery. Did eventually get refund. So have updated stars accordingly. They acknowledged in reply that phone number is not in use, but haven't updated website to remove the telephone number.

Ordered Giro Regime W ladies cycling shoes. Prompt email to confirm order and dispatch and was delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately the shoes advertised as Eur 38 which usually always converts to a UK size 5 was actually a UK size 4.5. Proceeded to use returns procedure on website which said could use the company’s discounted rate of £3.95 via Royal Mail, however when I processed the order no Royal Mail shipping label received. Tried the contact number on website, Facebook and receipt of 01604 266 300 but says the number is not available. Emailed the email address of sales'at'sportsgb.com as per website and this has been returned as undeliverable. Messaged via Instagram. No reply.

Placed order online, asked for an update as not heard anything by the expected delivery and emails were undelivered as well as phone numbers not recognised

Excellent order & delivery. Fantastic sunglasses with mirror lenses. Fit perfectly, look classy and can't wait to wear them on holiday. I love them. Would definitely recommend.

They are see through from the outside except for sharp angles. See it as a mirror shade. More see through than dark glasses. And the colour is less vibrant from ads.

Website says they use Royal Mail when placing order, then tracking information reveals it's actually Evri - the worst delivery company in the UK. Deceitful.

Very disappointed.
Purchased a pair of bike tyres, the delivered wrong ones. When I tried to return them it seems they have gone into liquidation...!?

Company has “Gone into liquidation” without providing my refund - absolute shambles!

Ordered 2 items from this company using one of their sister sites, both shown on the site as "in stock" with the promise of next day shipping, etc...

Over a week later I received an email stating that because one item was out of stock nether had been shipped yet. When I queried why I had been told both were shown as in stock and why it had taken a week I got no real answer. Cancelled one part of the order and received the other but this is way too many hoops to have to jump though.

If you show something as 'in stock' it needs to be in stock ready to ship. If you realise that something isn't in stock you need to be contacting the buyer as soon as possible, not waiting over a week.

The ordering process was easy, the value for money is excellent and the product arrived swiftly.

Good swimming trunks, price and good fit. It took about 4 days to deliver which is fine.

The Tilley hat was great and good value. The lead time was quite long but within the stated delivery window.

Apparently items are out of stock, so they offered refund, which should reach my account in 3 to 5 days. Waste of time. Giving two stars only for quick response through their website chat.

Great value with prompt delivery. As others have said, I hadn’t heard of them before but have been pleased with the price and service.
