Poor delivery timescale and customer service
12 days after placing my order they send me dispatch tracking. When I followed the link it showed clearly it was delivered at the wrong address. They then go into some internal investigation on what went wrong, and wouldn't refund or resend the items until the process is complete. I've no idea how they survive as a business

It is never our intention for our customers to have an unpleasant experience. Our Customer Service agents are committed to helping, but they must follow certain procedures, which include escalating cases internally for resolution. After Polina escalated your case, we thoroughly reviewed the situation and found that the proof of delivery did not match your address. I understand that your order has now been refunded, as we were unable to replace the item. Our investigation process aims to locate the parcel, and in many cases, the carrier resolves the issue once we initiate this process. Kind regards Outdoorgb.

Easy to order on line. Good choice of products at competitive prices. Delivery very quick, I live in Northern Ireland and usually delivery takes ages but on this occasion rucksack arrived on time for my sons birthday. My son us very pleased with his present.

I'm told the item was despatched to Royal Mail on 25 March but they say they've not received it. I've emailed OutdoorGB twice but they've not replied. Really poor customer service.
