Excellent communication, Louise is an asset to the company.Unfortunately our order was-damaged in transit . Louise organised a next day pick up and a replacement was sent which we received two days later no questions asked .
Excellent service and the new hot tub cover far exceeded our expectations. Great value for the money and the fit was perfect.

2 Person Sauna
Initial delivery date missed after waiting in all day but once delivered on new date assembly was straightforward. Now using the sauna most days. Takes a little while to heat up but the quality of the sauna for the money is excellent. Looks really smart and would expected to have paid a lot more.

We recently had our hot tub serviced with outdoor living. There were several things that needed attention, some of which I mentioned when booking. I asked for the chap to send me a quote for the parts and fitting. This was never followed up. Still waiting. This was 4 weeks ago.

What a customer journey to have paid a deposit in the beginning of July at the point purchase I showed all the relevant Pictures,and videos of where the hottub will be place ,and how to deliver access etc !
All this was sent to the office, and came back no problem can be delivered
Well. Delivery dates changed three times ,August. September then date before then after. Nightmare, I was then asked for more pictures, information therfore I sent
Then no replies having to chase. Week later contacted asked about the electricity whereby I had filled all the relevant forms on the day. Then a week later asked exactly the same. The customer service is awulf using the terminology wasn't me ,or I understand how you feel.

Ok week before the hottub to be delivered sent not sure if they can deliver the hottub through the entrance is there alternative? Then sent the final payment to be paid
Basically want to take thousands of pounds but, not sure can be delivered.
This company has wasted my time , money ,and the stress of it.
The company lacks any customer after care, they are unprofessional, and above all (incompetent) .
Then they want you pay.
I had requested my deposit payment now having to chase..Luckily deposit paid with Amex.
