Can’t fault them-

Great service fast effecient and kept up to date on delivery.

Recently came across outdoor living hot tubs whilst looking for a flow switch for a dimension one tub. I found the website easy to navigate but more importantly I found the item I needed at a competitive price and also some other items I use at a decent price.I placed the order and the items arrive very promptly.I am very impressed and will use the company again next time I need hot parts.

Fantastic service from concept to completion.

These were ordered and delivered within a matter of days. Brilliant service

Absolutely fantastic service from outdoor living and also the aftersales team 👏

It was such a very easy experience dealing with this company, from picking the right BBQ to the delivery which was on time and very helpful which is rare in these days.
Have no hesitation about recommending this company.

Great service

Quality and finish fantastic for replacement hot tub lid. Product is better than I expected and delivery was quick and perfect fit.

Very pleased and has made older tub look like new again.

Order my item over 8 weeks ago, payment taken of £299 and then told it’s out of stock, expected date would be 18th August which was accepted. For three days now I’ve had messages to say my delivery will be due between 8am and 6pm, 3rd day has passed and still no delivery. No means of contacting this company as my emails return as undelivered. Shocking experience

Great service, easy to find what I need and the products are very good value
Items always delivered in good time

Literally everything for your hot tub in one place. Fantastic service & very reasonably priced. And nice promotions when they run as well.
