Buyer beware – avoid Outdoor Living
I spent over £23,000 on a swim spa with hot tub and accessories, including a 6m pergola. Ordered in March from stock and paid 100% upfront. The spa was eventually delivered at the end of June after repeated delays. The pergola has still not been delivered. I have asked for a refund for the undelivered pergola and received no reply.
The spa arrived damaged. I have made several requests for a repair date and have had no response. On top of that, the company has used a video of my spa all over their social media without ever asking for my permission.
Customer service has been non-existent. Emails go unanswered. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel I have to warn others. If you are considering buying a spa or hot tub, look elsewhere. Outdoor Living have taken a large sum of money and then gone silent.
God help me if I hear those words "its me again"!!

Excellent service , great prices , and a fast and secure service, well worth dealing with this company, you won’t regret it , many thanks

Always easy ordering and prompt service and delivery.

Repaired commercial hot-tub, immediately we found temperature was high and could not control it,
We immediately rang your company for assistance and was told we would get a call back. waited several days and when WE RANG again were told that an engineer could not come for a week.
We had to cancel several lodge bookings because of faulty hot-tub that cost us money. No apology

Great company to deal with. Staff very friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.
