Outdoor Living Hot Tubs Opiniões

While the sales experience was good, the on site installation team were very difficult to deal with. We did have a complex installation but it felt like every challenge was a reason to cancel and I had to force it to happen. We also had a mechanical problem with the tub and they couldn’t commission it as it broke and needed a new part. They came back the next day (no communication to say it was happening so I wasn’t in) and since then we have had several issues with the cover and still haven’t got the remote connectivity working 4 weeks later with serval promises to call me back all broken. Whilst I live the product, I can’t yet recommend the service.

Excellent service and advice given from ordering to installation!! Outdoor Living knowledge and experience is top tire.
The installation team professional, helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend Outdoor Living.

as allways great service

Product was fantastic had an issue with the tub but staff were fantastic and sorted out

I had to wait for the size of cover I required as these were not in stock. As soon as they were in stock, cover was delivered quickly. Material on the outside of the cover is canvas like a convertible roof on a car. It looks very nice, time will tell if it lasts the test of time.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chloe and Natalie,We purchased a new hot tub 2 months ago and now decided also to buy an ice bath,I only rang up on Monday and it's getting delivered on Wednesday now thats what i call fantastic service thank you so much jimmy

Have used this company for many many years still have no complaints

Fast delivery service, very pleased with the order, great quality and would highly recommend this company

Very quick delivery

To be honest we got our tub from Outdoor Living so I expected good service from them, we only got 2 filters but the delivery was excellent, very fast and no problems 10/10..

Wasn't sure if part was right for my Jacuzzi but after a phone call it was confirmed that it was. Jacuzzi running perfectly now.

You'd expect buying a hot tub and having it delivered would be a bit of a pain. Not with these guys. Click, pay, done. Arrived within the week and appears to be a great quality product at a fair price.

Quick and easy ordering, polite staff, quick delivery ......

Took a little longer to be dispatched than expected.
However courier company was very professional & kept me up to speed with delivery times etc.
The pergola it's self was easy to put up & the instructions were clear.
Great product. We love it.

Your contacts via telephone is shockingly poor, it's easier to ring my doctor. Ten minutes on two different showrooms and not one answer. I hung up.

Excellent service from ordering to a prompt delivery

Excellent service came on time, good communication when it would arrive.
