Track and trace was useless. Not updated in real-time and the information provided was of no use when trying to gauge where the package was or when it might arrive. Your chatbot was also useless and only repeated the information, or lack of, on your website.

Sorry you had this experience Lee. Our tracking function is automated and linked with our carriers. All information is provided in real time as provided to us by the carrier. Our website doesn't use chatbots and only uses live customer support agents. VIC to WLD in Two Days was Brilliant
I dropped my parcel at the Pack & Send office in Blackburn VIC on Wednesday morning and it was delivered to a residence in Mount Gravatt QLD on the Friday. My buyer was over the moon and I am extremely happy. Great service for a reasonable cost.

Really happy. Was a little more cost than I really wanted to pay, but I paid for overnight domestic with TNT (Melbourne to Shellharbour, NSW) and it happened! Thanks, I'm glad I trusted it to you Marut! (He gave very helpful advice).

I don't have a printer to print labels…
I don't have a printer to print labels at home - was informed that it costs $15 to print a label. not sure how that's justifiable.

Hi William, Thanks for taking the time to let us know of your recent experience. Our Online Self Service is a DIY option that advises at the time of booking that a printer will be required. The other option to send goods if a printer is unavailable is via our service centre, where a full-service option is provided, including booking, labelling and tracking. The ‘full-service’ provided by the service centre, as distinct from the DIY online self-service option, therefore carries a premium. We hope this clarifies the matter for you.

did not get picked up, i had to ring and ask why, something about traffic but the roads were quite as it was xmas holidays

I did online checkin and dropped off at Blackburn location. I forgot to attach print labels but staff printed off and attached. Great service and friendly

Highly recommended
The process from the online booking to dropping off a very large parcel to my local Pack n Send outlet was incredibly easy. The parcel was delivered to the recipient in quick time.
I highly recommend Pack n Send and I will definitely use them for all my future parcel deliveries.

Less than 19 hours to send 4 wheels… Wow!
Less than 19 hours to send 4 wheels from Sydney to MELBOURNE and that was your “Saver” option!!
I wonder if I had ticked and paid for express if they’d have come in 3 or 4 hours! Very very happy and Simone Chan is great to deal with, and always a pleasure when I venture over to Blackburn. Will absolutely use Pack and Send Blackburn as my first port of call from now on.
