Where do I start, organising pick and delivery easy 5 out of 5 but once you passed it on to the star track is where it fell down, firstly they did not advise of delivery date, when they tried to deliv... Ver mais

There were issues with the initial pickup from China that saw the package delayed almost two weeks, however these were sorted out by the customer service team. I will use again.

The customer support experience was poor
The customer support experience was pretty poor. I locked in a pickup date by following the step-through guide in the order process and start track missed the pick-up which I understand is not within your control.
What was really disappointing was when I phoned in the second time to find out what was going on, the lady that I dealt with (Linda) told me that pickup wasn't guaranteed on the saver option. I think that in this scenario regardless of which option I had chosen star track would have still let you down (start track accepted responsibility when they finally picked up the package).
Partly putting blame on me because I chose an option that was a saver was not the right way to approach to deal with this situation because it made me feel like your customer service representative didn't care, which let's be honest is your primary responsibility if you are in customer support.
All I wanted to know was if the driver was still on their way so I could plan to pick up my daughter from daycare. Thankfully, the other two ladies that I spoke with showed a lot more compassion and did all they could to try and track down the driver.

Just to clarify, the selection of the type of service (eg Saver) has no bearing on the timing or success of the pickup, so I apologise if this was the impression you received. I'm glad that we were ultimately able to assist you in completing the pickup.

Amazing ! What a postal/delivery service should be like !
Honestly, I love the simple platform and the swift pick up of every delivery, not to mention the confirmation of the delivery. Amazing - what all postal and delivery services should be like. As a business owner I demand good service for my clients and that includes fast easy completion of every job. Fantastic !!

Where do I start
Where do I start, organising pick and delivery easy 5 out of 5 but once you passed it on to the star track is where it fell down, firstly they did not advise of delivery date, when they tried to deliver which I could only tell by the tracking system (not the no. You gave me as that wouldn’t work) which stated failed delivery, no card left, no contact, nothing what’s the point of taking all the details if you not going to use them. So I contacted Star track who said the address didn’t exist on there system, we’ve been at this address for 18 months and receive all our post what a stupid excuse, still couldn’t give me a guaranteed delivery date or a time slot just between 9 - 5

Hi Nick. We are sorry to hear you had this issue with our online service. We do unfortunately see complications with our carriers but we are always trying to improve this service with them and encourage this feedback. Our online booking service is a basic tool that generates a collection window of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. For a more specific collection time, we do recommend going direct to a local Pack & Send Service Centre who can assist with this request.
