Very efficient service
The online booking system is so easy to use. Package is either picked up very efficiently or I can deliver myself close by to Canning Vale. Staff and drivers are very helpful and it always arrives on time and without breakages. Rates are reasonable as well.

I WILL LOSE EVERYTHING i sent with this company
This company does not know what import and export are. I sent my move, clothes, shoes and decoration items from Perth to Brazil and made it very clear that I wanted everything paid for at the destination. After I paid for a destination 122kms from my residence in Brazil, they sent it to a destination 800km away. Now the port of destination is charging me for withdrawal of almost the same amount that I paid to send. I was deceived by the incompetence of the issuer of this company.

Expectations can sometimes be confused by the misinterpretation of the services offered. International shipments can be tricky and not every country isn't the same and will have its own rules and guidance for personal items being imported into their countries. All detail on shipping with PACK & SEND, is outlined at the time of booking and acknowledged by the consignee, by accepting & making payment. Just leave it out in the rain...
Tracking is unreliable, and package arrived 4/5 days later than they said it would. Driver left package out in the rain without bothering to knock on the door, the people were home but only knew there was a delivery when they heard a truck driving off. Very unprofessional service.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide however as freight resellers we only have so much control on how the carrier drivers handle goods. We understand this is frustrating and please know, all feedback is being provided to the carriers to assist with their improvements. If you don't mind please DM us with your tracking number so we can investigate the matter for service improvements.
Never Again ! Don't use
Got quoted $275 to send 4 tyres and got here after 1hr of travel time for them to double the price because my tyre was 5cm bigger than original quote. I asked repeatedly when getting the quote was getting done about the tyre size also. Ridiculous will never use or recommend!!

non accurate tracking system . the stuff been picked up at 4.30 pm but at tracker it write 8.33 am . and also few damage at box , 2 additional holes made by man/transport .

Our online service is not a guarantee service and is a 9am to 5pm collection and unfortunately if this doesn't happen, we need to be contacted so we can rebook. For definite courier collection, can we suggest contacting a local Pack & Send store who can assure the goods are collected; saves any waiting times. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Reasonable price.
Process of drop off and pick up was easy. Labelling was simple. (I used the self-service method).
Cartons arrived ahead of expected time with no damage to the contents. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything was smooth, simple and exactly as I expected.

It used to be fast and efficient but the last box I sent from Perth to NSW took 10 days, whereas only 3-5 days.

Collection times
Dropped off parcel at Centre. Disappointed to find out that they don’t have an afternoon pick up as dropped off just after midday and it wouldn’t have been collected until the next day. Thought dropping it off myself would have allowed the parcel to get on it’s way quicker than if I had it picked up from home.
