Everything has been good but price. It is ridiculously expensive to send overseas. And when the parcel is out a tiny amount (by accident) P&S add exorbitant fee.

Exceptional customer service! I am a return customer and believe Charlie and his team keep excelling with their service each time. Personalised recommendation, guided instructions and reassurance throughout. Wonderful and timely DHL Courier support had my parcel travel from Sydney to Christchurch within 24 hours. Apparently only 2 of 3 parcels arrived at destination. One went to another city so need to be found and redelivered.

I did not have a working printer at the time of booking so i rang the local depot to ask for help, they offered to print the labels for a small fee so i drove to the depot. Upon arriving I was told that the new delivery price was almost double what I was quoted on line.
I am happy to pay a few dollars extra to have someone print labels but not double.
I ended up buying a printer for less than what the depot was going to charge me.
