Lost Package. No Updates
Package was dropped on 27th April to be sent within Melbourne. Today is 12th May, the other person has not received the package. I have no updates by the company whatsoever. Either they are bunch of inefficent lot, or something more worse. Have raised complaint with them, soon to follow this up with ACCC

The parcel was lodged on 27/04; however, the courier did not collect it from the store until 12/05 despite multiple follow-ups from our team. The shipment is not lost—tracking remains active and the current ETA is 15/05. We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience while it is completed.

Excellent service, my goods were packed expertly and received by my granddaughter in perfect condition. She is very happy.

So, I was a little wary sending this via PACK AND SEND but gave it a go after checking out the reviews.
Not a little parcel, 8 kgs and 38x29x26 cms in diameter. For $23 ~ it was delivered overnight! How amazing is that!!
Super surprised not only by the price, which I thought was great for such a large parcel, but the speed in which it was delivered to the customers door!! I have already recommended this service to all my teamies!
Will defiantly be back!

Could be better.
Pickup and delivery was timely.
Tracking the number was a waste of time, it showed that I’d Booked a pickup then nothing until after delivery, not even the fact that the parcel had even been picked up.
Twice I rang to ensure that the courier hadn’t stolen it.

Not good this time...
I've used Pack & Send previously and always had a great experience. This time was different. As the pickup was sub-let to Couriers Please, I'm not sure where the responsibility lies. The courier arrived hours before the pickup window (Thursday) and the sender was not present, so no pickup. The pickup was rebooked for the next afternoon (Friday) and the courier did not pickup the item at all! At this point, I received a polite but inadequate phone call, with a simple apology and asking if I want a refund. This is not a helpful solution when I have a parcel that needs to be interstate. Pickup was not available in that area on the next business day and had to rebook for several days later. Finally the package was collected and the rest of the delivery went smoothly.
