I was able to return a rental car that I damaged without getting charged!!!

Paintscratch has made ordering easy and the helpful video tutorials have been a lifesaver.

Base coat was not chemically compatible with clear coat. Returned unused portion, did not get a refund.
Waste of time. Not a good company.

Your initial shipment of the spray paint was off from my car’s factory color. Followed your instructions to return the paint card with attached photo of it against my car. I received the replacement paint can and this is very, very close to the factory color. I am very much satisfied with the color match and I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of concern to customer service you provide. Very few companies will do the same amount of over-the-top service you provided. 👏👏👏

Good experience overall, although delivery time after ordering was not as quick as I had hoped. I will be buying here again.

Nice paint match. Close but car has faded over 14 years.
Cost of shipping was high. A single can of paint ended up costing me about $50.00
