Exceptional communication and…
Exceptional communication and competitive pricing. Dan was incredibly helpful throughout the quoting and shipping process. When we had an issue with an unresponsive receiver, he handled communication between us and the shipper to ensure the shipment was delivered smoothly, a real credit to the company.

Great First Experience
This was my first time using Pallet2Ship. I made it all the way to the checkout stage and was a little apprehensive as to whether this could be collected on time as this was an important delivery. I left my basket to explore other options but during this time Charlie gave me a call. He ran through everything and ensured me that this would be collected and delivered on time and would personally monitor this shipment, I also received regular updates from Gabriela regarding the delivery. Overall a great experience and will be looking to using Pallet2Ship again in the future.

Great communication
The communication and tracking portal were great and allowed us to see where our pallet was. It arrived pretty much exactly when estimated, which is impressive!

The service was very good. Picked up and dropped off on time.
