The service I received was excellent. The young lady who advised was very pleasant and helpful, and explained everything clearly.

This will be my first foray into cruising so I needed my “hand held” to be able to understand and navigate (pardon the pun) the process and Rob Ledsham was perfect in this regard. Nothing was too much trouble or insignificant for him. I really enjoyed his detailed explanations and our conversations - some of them not cruise related. A very personable and extremely efficient young man. I am most happy that he is my Cruise Ambassador and shan’t hesitate to ask him any questions that may pop up before I go in September (in fact he positively encouraged it). Excellent service. After a bit of a slow start, Roxy stepped in and made the process seamless for an Explora trip this fall.

Cabin selection, dining and excursion options were explained and the pricing was great.

She was thoughtful in explanations and questions we had and gave concise and detailed information and made us feel at easy as this was out first time booking via the internet.

Would recommend to anyone looking for the quality of service you expect but sometimes don't find these days.
