Thank you for your honest and painful feedback. Please accept our deepest apologies – for the fan receiver failing in under two years, for the replacement order that hasn’t shipped in 14 days, and most of all for the disconnected phone number and unanswered emails. You deserved better at every step, and we are truly sorry.

The receiver in your fan failed prematurely. That should not happen, and we stand behind our products.

Your replacement order was delayed due to a temporary stock issue that our system failed to communicate to you.

Our phone line and email response have been overwhelmed recently, but that is no excuse for leaving you in the dark.

Please email us at Support@parrotuncle.com with “ATTN: Greg – Receiver Failure” in the subject line. Include your order number or the email used to place the receiver order. If you prefer, call 888-275-3352 and ask for a manager – we have fixed our phone system and will answer.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your two 100″ fans aren’t delivering the airflow you expected under your outdoor patio. We completely understand your frustration – when you invest in large fans, you expect to feel a strong breeze.

Why this might be happening:

Outdoor spaces are more open – Unlike an enclosed room, outdoor areas allow air to dissipate quickly, so even a powerful fan may feel less intense.

Installation height – If your fans are mounted very high (common for patios), the airflow at ground level can be significantly reduced.

Speed setting – Please make sure the fans are set to the highest speed. Some customers accidentally leave them on a lower setting.

What we can do for you now:

Troubleshoot together – Contact us directly, and we’ll walk through the installation settings (blade pitch, rotation direction, etc.) to ensure maximum airflow.

Wiring Extensions: Because our fans include remote control receivers that mount inside the canopy, we typically recommend using our extension wiring kit or consulting a licensed electrician to safely extend the wiring while maintaining proper function of the remote system.
