I randomly started cleaning my oven and noticed that the seal was dirty and falling apart. I went to Home Depot and they did not carry it in store. I looked online and called customer service and she was able to assist me locate the correct part. The image displayed was misleading, so she submitted a ticket to have it corrected. I placed my order and it arrive on time. The ease of replacing it was phenomenal, customer service was top tier and I love having a new replacement part for my oven. Definitely recommend Part Select and give them a call if you have any doubts.

I thought my Items were a bit pricey. I wanted to get some new burners, but the price for one is too high. Shipping was also unreasonable. Almost thought it was an April Fool's joke. But it was not.

Substituted part with another
Substituted part with another. Wrong part, the one I ordered was correct on the website picture. The one I received is useless to us.. He said the description was correct for my dishwasher and they don't have the ability to update the photo on the site. I clicked on "add to cart" thinking I would get what I saw but NOW if you click on the item above add to cart it says no photo available. They will not pay the shipping charges to return because "we're not at fault" Very deceptive, unethical & rude.
Update: 3/31/26 I sent the rack back UPS and it was $51.58. I still see the wrong description and picture on the site. You would think that they would either update the photo or say that the part that you see may have been updated to a new configuration. I called another company and they confirmed the rack is the same as the one I have. If it’s wrong they will pay for the return. I would say they are just a little bit more ethical.

The part was not perfect
The part was not perfect. We had to use the gasket from our old one as the new parts gasket leaked sending water all over the kitchens oak flooring . After that all was well.
So make sure your gaskets are good before sending out a part.

Cuisinart Filter Basket
We needed a filter basket for our coffee maker purchased back in 2011. I ordered one from Amazon that matched the part number that I needed. When I received it, it did not fit at all! I then saw another filter basket on ebay that had the same part number so decided to try again. When I received it, it fit perfectly!

The rack strip is short
The rack strip I ordered from you for my drill press does work, but it's shorter than the original. Even if I crank the table all the way up it's not high enough to reach the drill bit. I have to shim my workpiece up quite a bit to get it to reach. Not happy about that. 😠
