Their website is horrendously misleading - on what planet is a tablecloth made of slippery flag material. We'll be lucky if all our food doesn't slip off the table, just like this stupid "tablecloth" does. Be very very careful before you order from this shop, rather look on Amazon where you don't pay for delivery and can return the products easily.

It would have been useful to have read the reviews prior to me ordering the ball in a bucket set at great expense! The quality is very poor, with the rod supporting the bucket too small so the bucket doesn't sit flush. After I complained they did offer to refund, but all I wanted was a game that was fit for purpose.

Very dissapointed I ordered a banner requesting the words ‘Goodbye and Good Luck’ and the omitted the word Goodbye. I paid extra for a fast delivery £12.95 in total so extremely dissatisfied to say the least. E mailed company straight away but have had no response.

Excellent service as always. Have been a returning customer for years. This time we ordered a personalised banner for our sons birthday. I was amazed at how quick it turned up and the quality is fantastic. We will continue to purchase from this company due to its reliability, value and quality, and also because it has a wide variety of products that you can’t find anywhere else online or in the high street.

I was worried by the negative reviews but I ordered anyway. So glad I did, emailed to say order confirmed and when it was dispatched. All received in the promised timescale, thank you very much for the great service

Website a bit clunky but that is probably as much my fault as the design.

Kept well updated on its being processed and subsequently 'out for delivery'.

But the problem is the courier they used - Dpd delivery was atrocious.

Delivery was due Friday (it was an expensive helium balloon with photo on it)
Dpd messaged stating delivery would be Friday lunchtime, but they failed to arrive. They subsequently messaged stating they would deliver it the following day (Saturday) they still failed to do so. Now Dpd state it will be another 48 hours - Monday

So a birthday balloon ordered early is now going to be delivered 3 days late - not because of party packs but because of the courier they use. A courier that was paid for the delivery contract they have utterly failed to honour.

So by all means use Party Packs, I have used them previously and they are brilliant, but I have previously collected direct from them - should have done so this time.

Party Packs themselves are superb but their choice of courier lets them down badly, hence poor review

My order was delivered extremely quickly and the products I received were good quality. I am planning a large themed party to entertain both adults and children and this shop had something for everyone at reasonable prices. Will probably place another order before the party now I've seen the quality of the goods.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery and had the items delivered without issue. Items were significantly cheaper than ebay even with next day delivery.

I ordered some supplies for an ‘irish pub’ themed party. I was struggling to source certain items elsewhere as they were only carried seasonally. My order was dispatched and arrived within a week of purchasing. It seems they do keep a wide range in stock and everything that I ordered is as described on the website. More than happy with the quality and for what I bought, I’d argue that the price was unbeatable.

Ordered some party plates, napkins etc. for my sons party in a week and a half's time. Said the plates were in stock and took my money. i ahd paid for the 3-7 day delivery. I later had a phone call to say the plates were out of stock and they were not getting any more until the following week. I asked if these could be sent out in the 1-2 days delivery so that I would still receive them in time and rudely got told that I would have to pay an extra 3 pounds for plates that only cost 2.35 to begin with. They had a contract to send out items in 7 working days and were not sticking to this. When I questioned why they were showing as in stock, when indeed they were not, I rudely got told that they could get them in stock in a weeks time and yet they would only send them out to me in yet another 3-7 working days. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM.

poor. Ordered plastic free party bags for kids. Everything was covered in plastic. Little plastic bags covering everything. Bad product description. Poor.

Don’t understand the bad reviews, I got slightly worried when I didn’t get a dispatch notification when they said parcel would arrive day before event and it got dispatched to turn up on event day. Luckily I put the event day a day before so it didn’t matter. When I emailed about it customer service were lovely and helpful and everything turned up nicely, especially the banner. One of the balloons was slightly deflated compared to the other ones but would order again. Just make sure you put the event date a day before you need it otherwise it might turn up too late.

I really don’t understand why there are bad reviews, I’ve ordered twice from this company for my sons birthday, one parcel got lost in transit and they sent it out the same day and got to me the following day, Becci was so helpful. The price of everything on the website is definitely reasonable. Overall I will be using this company again. Thank you! X

Placed an order on the 26th Nov for my Daughters 30th party on the 4th Dec, paid for 1-2 day delivery, they didn't even dispatch until the 1st Dec. It didn't arrive after them saying it would be there by the Friday, they then said it was still with DHL. It never came, 9 days later they still haven't refunded. So disappointed.

Waited over a week for items to be delivered.
When I called, the rude lady on the phone basically told me that they have sent it and so its my problem now.
Package never arrived.
Useless customer service.

shocking service ordered decorations for halloween paid for priority delivery. didnt recieve parcel and was told when i contacted them that it had been lost in the post and was no longer in stock. even though all the items i ordered were still showing as available online. when i asked for substitutes i was then told the original pakage was on its way and was dpds mistake and asked me to pay again as i had been issued a refund!!!!! seems to me like other reviewers have stated this company is selling products knowing full well they cant deliver. yet to see if the refund actually arrives!

Needed a product urgently in bulk and they happily took my order. Confirmed my order. Didn't tell me till 4 days later that they had no stock. So I missed my deadline for getting them. Pretty angry. Why do they offer things that they're out of stock in.

I ordered some peaky blinders for invites, shockingly poor quality. Similar to something you could print at home. Company responded by saying they didn’t pay for return postage which would mean it would cost me more to post back than the original price. Awful customer service.

Ordered a balloon arch from my sons birthday to go with his safari theme. Reason I bought it was because it had safari themed balloons. At the time of ordering there was no mention of the safari balloons being out of stock. Paid nearly £15 then yesterday received the order and they have replaced all the multi coloured safari animal printed balloons with neon orange ones.

I thought this was a mistake as they are nothing like what I ordered (white and black striped, mustard and brown striped and brown and cream striped balloons) but no apparently they’d ran out of stock and just replaced the balloons with neon orange ones as they reserve the right as stated on the website. I get that sometimes stock changes etc but please replace with something similar. The arch is now out of stock on the website, clearly not me just complaint then. Neon orange doesn't exactly have the same affect.

All they said was they could send out a slip so I could return them. Which is a complete waste of time as it’s my sons birthday in a matter of days.

Very very disappointed customer and I will not be returning.
