Ordering was easy but trying to put the correct billing and delivery address wasn't easy but after emailing Party Packs they changed this straightaway for me.

Really pleased with my order and prices were great.

Only issue is the delivery box it came in wasn't strong enough and literally, it all fell out the bottom just after the delivery man left.

Will definitely use again though

I placed an order with Party Packs two weeks ago, and they cancelled my order the same day due to shipping. I STILL have not received the refund they assured me was also done the same day. I have emailed this company four times about this matter, the last of which has been completely ignored. When I tried to call the company, the number I was given was not in service. This company owes me money. Don't place an order unless you are willing to receive neither product, nor money.

This is the first time I have used Party Packs. AND I am extremely impressed. Right from the start of placing my order with Party Packs, they kept me up to date with the progress of the order. Both orders were delivered sooner than expected and the quality of all the items have been superb. I organise fancy dress parties on a regular basis, mainly for charities and have been let down quite badly in the past with other companies. I have now sent out a message to all my guests for this years Halloween to use Party Packs for their costumes. This not something I would normally do. So a big thank you to you and your staff for all your help and professionalism.

I ordered some personalised items for a friend's 30th birthday party and was amazed when they arrived. They were such great quality and I was kept up to date with my order throughout. A thoroughly pleasant experience and the staff were lovely. Thank you!

I had made an error with my order (ordered far too many invitations). A very helpful lady phoned me to sort this out. When I received my order in record time I was delighted with the quality of everything and I have been recommending Party Packs to everyone!

To sum up my experience overall, unprofessional, 100% unreliable and a complete let down. I work for a company based in Hull, and we found Party Packs website online. Upon entering the website, we found a selection of outfits that were suitable for our Christmas event. Upon ordering, we found a number of the outfits were out of stock.

We placed the order on 5th November and were assured that the majority of the items were already in stock and the rest of our items could be ordered in and delivered by our event date on the 15th November.

The event date has arrived and we are missing half of our items. I called to chase the delivery to be told that the delivery date was the 18th. This is not the case. I was advised and I double checked that the products would be delivered at the very latest on the 15th. So now.... on a Friday afternoon.... we have no outfits.

I am Extremely disappointed by the service provided by Party Packs and advise anyone who is contemplating using them to avoid!!!!! You WILL be let down!!!

Now saved this company onto my favourites bar as my first choice for partyware. As social convenor of a loacl sports club I have been able to create much better nights without bursting the bank....
