Awful , not fit for purpose . Booked and paid for Sunday delivery of helium balloons for a party as they only have 8hr lifespan - balloons arrived on the dat after the party - pointless.
The one star is for the fact they refunded my money without me asking .

You get stung at check out with an extra tax charge, so it’s not the price you think it is.

I Could not be happier! I placed 2 orders but left it quite late and was stressing that it would not turn up on time, I emailed them to ask if it had been dispatched as i had not had any email. They confirmed that it hadn't but would be sent next day so should arrive on time. Again as i was worried with it being so late so they asked me to call them and I spoke to a really lovely lady who helped me get my parcel fast tracked. It arrived the following day and I was so impressed with the help i received and the goods. Perfect for children's parties and would defo order from them again! I ordered a party tableware set printed for a 70th birthday & with Happy Birthday & silver & gold pattern. It comprised table cloth, cups, napkins & plates, all matching. The ordering process was easy enough & my order arrived in good time & was well packaged & I am pleased with the contents apart from the fact that the plates when I opened the pack were just plain black & therefore don't match the rest of the set. I emailed Party Packs immediately & they have replied this morning to say that the matching plates were out of stock & that in the description it is stated that the contents are subject to change. I accept this but the whole process was very quick so i do believe that they must have known that the correct plates were out of stock when they accepted my order but they didn't advise me of this & just substituted the item anyway. I can understand this if it was a seperate item that was being ordered but when things are sold in sets of matching items then I don't think it is acceptable to exchange for something totally different. If I had wanted plain plates I could have purchased them anywhere for a fraction of the price or if they had informed me of the discrepancy then there are loads of outlets online where I could have spent my money. I am very disappointed with their attitude & lack of empathy towards something that I think is important to me as someone who likes their efforts to have a nice table set to be recognised. Spend your money anywhere but just not on "slap dash" companies like Party Packs..............

Really disappointed! I ordered birthday number balloons for my husbands birthday. One of the balloons was deflated and the other had practically no air in it. both came in different colours i didn't order. I have had no help from the customer service, I was told they will deal with my complaint after Mothers day because they are too busy... save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Party stock is taking advantage of people during the pandemic!

I haven't seen my now 4 year old goddaughter in a year due to the pandemic so wanted to send a super exciting treat in the post. I ordered a unicorn balloon pack of 3 inflated balloons. They went down an absolute treat! The size of the box was bigger than her, but only added to the excitement. Wouldn't hesitate to order from you again, great quality, fantastic delivery communication. Thanks for delivering a big box of smiles.

I can not fault this company. Customer service has been excellent. I have dealt with them on 3 occasions now and they have been exceptional. If you want things delivered quickly, choose their express service or contact them to arrange a next day delivery. Their products are fab and the staff are informative and helpful. I highly recommend them. If you are unsure about anything, just give them a call.

The order process is simple and fast and the delivery came as quick as stated. Upon delivery one of the candles I ordered was broken so I emailed customer services and they sent out a replacement. I then received the replacement which was also BROKEN! I understand fragile items can be broken on delivery but they package items in a letterbox size cardboard box with no extra packaging. The replacement had a note saying “pack item carefully” so they had wrapped the candle in tissue paper... Good site for decorations but do not order fragile items as they are not packaged appropriately.

Great customer service, Delivery company where going to deliver my item 2 days late after contacting customer service they resolved the issue re booked a different courier and I received the item as order on time and perfectly packaged.

We are having a Christmas Party for the residents at The Care Home I work at. Paid over £100 for decorations and balloons at the begining of the week which entitled us to priority delivery to recieve them yesterday as our party is today. No delivery yesterday to recieve an email this morning noting they will be delivered between 1:20pm and 2:20pm which in this time our party will be started. Rang DPD for them to inform me that PartyPacks had only dispatched the order yesterday. Absolutley fuming. Will never ever ever use this company ever again!!!!!

Excellent service, ordered goods Monday and received everything Wednesday. Can’t fault the service or quality of the products. Thank you.

I ordered some flags and posters for VE Day and they arrived promptly in time for me to decorate my house. They are nice quality and I’m very impressed with the service I received, especially under the current circumstances. Thank you Party Packs.

Ordered party supplies for sons birthday on the 8th May. These were ordered at the end of April was contacted on the 5th to say an item for order was out of stock. On the 5th of May 3 days before birthday. Other items still not dispatched therefore have nothing now for party. These are personalised items so won’t be able to get the same in time.
Kindly refunded without any problems but by righty so

Bought a UK flag, which was described as cloth. Received a nylon flag from China instead. I don't like being misled with a cheap product.

Postscript. Supplier has resolved the issue and has amended wording. I am happy with the service level and replies.

Absolutely awful service. Insincere apology for letting me down on a next day order which I was promised would arrive firstly today and then after the initial let down tomorrow before 12. I also have emails to prove these saying the delivery would be before 11am. Needed for an event and the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I called today after delivery was cancelled today after receiving a confirmation it would be today to be promised it would be tomorrow and then just received a call at 2:50pm when it is too late to order elsewhere for a next day even though I called to confirm first thing this morning. Sometimes companies get bigger and forget that every customer is important and that with events there is an event deadline to be mindful of. Expected me to take delivery on Monday and still pay the next day prices! Would not recommend! They seemed annoyed at me for complaining... they need reminding how to deal with an unhappy customer!! Apologies I wasn't all sunshine and rainbows after you letting ME down!!! I suggest you call your next day delivery service a 'next day but one maybe if you're lucky' delivery service. Your staff member who I spoke to this morning also said "DPD are usually very good and deliver the next day for us", yet when the second member of staff from party packs called I was told "We can't guarantee next day it could be 2 working days and weekends don't count". I suggest you take off the next day delivery option from your site!

Outstanding customer service. I made a mistake with my order and Jodie from the sales team went above and beyond to quickly resolve for me. Good quality products but it's definitely the people behind the scenes who make this company excellent!

got 2 calls in same days. first one to say one of the items were out of stock. I selected something else and was told the items would all now be despatched the same day. then got a call 5 hours later saying another item which is advertised as one of the components of a scene was now out of stock. Everytime I order with them there's a call to say something is out of stock but expected soon, or there's a partial despatch meaning some of the goods don't arrive until after the actual event for which they were ordered. Will avoid in future as too unreliable.

Absolutly terrible i ordered 2 banners 2 weeks before the party and they never delivered i emailed them and they assured me i would have them before my party its mow 2 weeks after the party and there is no sign of them i hav emailed them several times about getting a refund since i havnt received them and they will not answer me they also had nowhere on there site how much shipping would cost yet when the payment went through i checked my bank account and they had charged me £16 for delivery absolute rip off dont ever order from them coz u will only get burned!!!!!

Gave them 5 stars for their customer service . I had a slight problem with my order so I phoned to complain . The issue was dealt with immediately .
