Been with pay plan a 14 months.

Much to my shock I recieved a email asking for the chairman's report to be returned

Which this was in Oct 2024 ......

Also asking for wage slips from Oct 24 to March 25

Which i haven't got as they were PDFs from old payroll company

Find all this very odd seems I have been paying into a scheme for over a year and now all of a sudden making demands for information

This is a fantastic voluntary organisation who have helped me more than I could have hoped for.they don't put pressure on you and are very good listeners.i was burying my head in the sand again and started to ignore the debts again.i rang PayPal because I was told to give them a chance,I had nothing to lose so I rang and haven't really thought about debt in any way I used to before I got them under control by ringing PayPal who made me feel relaxed,as though they wanted to help you and a lot of compassion.thankyou PayPal,HAVE A LOVELY XMAS AND ALL THE BEST TO ALL THE STAFF AT PAYPLAN.THE WORK YOU DO IS VERY IMPORTANT.THANKYOU.

I cannot recomend highly enough for anyone wwho is struggling with debts to contact payplan. After struggling for months and running myself into the ground and making myself unwell and many sleepless nights. I took the plunge and contacted payplan and its the best thing I have ever done. The start from finish everyone was amazing and talked me through step by step what would happen. I got a fantastic lady called Annette who dealt with my case and she was totally amazing and understanding. She never once made me feel embarassed by the mess I got myself in. Througj many tears and kund words she dealt with everything. For once I can sleep at night and through payplan has changed my life for the better. Dont have to work every shift that was going. So anyone who ìs struggling do not hesitate to contact them. Annette was totally amazing and cannot thank her enough.

I like the choice you are given to how you can communicate.. I choose watts app as I’m slightly deaf and find it hard to hear when someone has an accent .. also I felt like even tho I was in debt I was treated very fairly.. thank you

Lauren and other wonderful lady (I'm sorry to forget the name) helped me beyond my imagination today. Kindness, understanding and much, much more great qualities that they have, made the conversation as light as possible and resulted in finding a solution for my circumstances, that I thought have no solution at all. If you're scared like me, to call, try to decide today and make a call, it will bring you relief and will be 1st step for the change that we need. Thank you PayPlan, thank you everyone who help people like you do.

Set something up with payplan today my biggest regret is not calling sooner.

I always see advertisements for help with debt but have never acted on it, spoke to 3 people from this company today and I feel like I can breathe again

I spoke to the case officer Chloe Binns today and she was amazing. She wasn’t judgmental and she made me feel listened to and understood. When life feels overwhelming, it’s reassuring to know there are people who are willing to listen and support you.

I didn’t want to go for debt help but when I made up my mind and got the help these people are great make fell are eases with yourself and help you to get it all out and get the problem seen to and get peace of mind

Laura was empathetic,sympathetic and understanding.she made the whole process shameless and easy to understand and was effortlessly friendly and courteous. I was stressed and worried not knowing which way to turn and in one phone call ( albeit a lengthy one lol ) I was instantly relieved and felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.......if your reading this review to find out if its something you should do .......it is you won't regret it im sure.

Understanding to my needs and my money worrys very helpful staff I was embarrassed at first but Laura from oaypkan was so helpful and I was made at ease even though I was anxious to talk about my money problems

Annette was my main trust associate. But, everyone at PayPlan was helpful and informative. I was always glad to speak with a real person never automated (that’s important to me). I always got great results and helpful advice. I will definitely recommend PayPlan to some of my friends that are in difficult circumstances themselves. Again PayPlan is a five star company to me.

I am really struggling with all of my debts that were all getting out of control, it started during Covid, I wasnt able to work for three months due to ill effects of covid, on and off work, sorting my familys basic needs thru credit cards, until little did I know my debts pilling up., I have no way to turn to, I work full time yet, still struggling to keep up with my payments, the cost of living we all are in, is just absolutely madness.
Bills, rent, water, gas and electric, petrol, insurance, food shopping., all gone up.
I am on the brink of just doing the unthinkable just to get out of this, I struggled with my mental health, my son is the only reason I am still here.

Out of desperation, I gave them a ring.
Unfortunately, I wasnt able to speak to one of them, due to long que of calls, which is understandable, so I just message them instead through their whatsapp,

From there they asked me everything about my debts, my outgoings, they were so understanding and non-judgemental with my situation, and they came up with a solution to sort out my debts in one single payment that I can afford to which I agreed, and has been approved and considered by my creditors.

However, It is going to be a not so easy situation as I have to stick on strict budgetting, without any access to any credit. Buy only what I need and not what I want, just being sensible, as money is really tight.

But, knowing all the stress, anxiety thinking about debts, the sleepless nights will all be slowly going back to normal,
In the end becoming debt free as long as you stick to the agreement, it is going to be a fresh new start again with life,
definitely worth doing it.

I highly recommend and would definitely advice anyone whose struggling with their debts to give them Payplan a call.
