Disgusting service. Have been trying to contact for weeks and every time we call, your customer service department is closed. We have called at different times and your website states you are open!! Spoke to someone on live chat who just kept repeating they couldn't help as the department was closed. What's the point in the live chat if the people responding can't actually help?! We are having no response to emails, voicemails or WhatsApps. You make the whole situation more stressful. Absolutely avoid PayPlan.

They are really friendly and helpful people. The process was a lot easier than I was expecting. The best thing was that they don't judge you.

I had the pleasure of talking to Georgia today going over my yearly review.
She was a pleasure to talk to. She managed to make an incredibly difficult situation seem especially easy.
Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to your organisation. If I could I would talk to her every time. I know it's not always going to be possible, but I hope I get lucky again.

Yesterday I had cause to speak with Sean in DMP Management on behalf of my husband.
It was a very long, complicated conversation during which Sean was patient, understanding and polite.
He has exceptional "people skills".
His advice was sound and sensible and the call culminated in an agreeable, manageable payment plan.
I'm grateful that it was Sean who took my call.

I was being dealt with by Khamida,who initially was helpful,but suddenly disappeared after giving all my details and worries to.Hasnt replied to anymore messages,so I don’t know what’s happening to my case.I wonder if Payplan will now contact me regarding this????
21st October,now has now replied since 17.37pm the previous day.1.33 pm today they have replied.
Wasn’t able to help after everything I sent and have now been sent a guide to read via email.Fat lot of good this has done for me only to make me worry more now.

They were bad enough prior to getting my IVA approved, however they’re even worse since having it.
Avoid at all costs, go elsewhere to set up.
Communication is horrific and they take decades to come back to you
They’ve also had my previous review removed, very snakey company

Steve A was absolutely amazing despite going through a really rough time right now, I cannot express enough gratitude for the support I received from Steve. The fact that I am personally going through a very difficult and traumatic time, his dedication and professionalism shone through completely. Steve truly made me feel like there was "light at the end of the rainbow" during what has been an incredibly stressful period.
My experience with my workplace—specifically a toxic and complex environment—had been compounded by the fact that no one would listen to me. This lack of acknowledgement was, in itself, a significant part of the problem. Steve was, without a doubt, one of the first people who genuinely listened.
His understanding and attentive ear were invaluable. He absorbed everything I had to say, and in doing so, he made me feel nice and normal again. I especially appreciated the non-rushed nature of our phone call, which was much needed as I was submitting evidence for a severe and awful case with my employers.
Thank you, Steve. Your time, empathy, and ability to remain an amazing person during a difficult period of my life were deeply appreciated. Thankyou for all the links and the appointment that will no doubt help me further with my financial position, I wish you all the very best 😊

They got me set up with the iva fine but when it came around to the annual review they ghosted me just sending automated emails saying I need to complete it and to contact my case officer to book an appointment which I did a dozen times over 2 weeks with zero response. They just don't care.

Getting really fed up, like others I have been waiting weeks for a response to emails/ messages. I was already irritated at how many questions were asked that had been answered in the documents I was asked to provide during the assessment period and I've had no response to a question regarding my plan since.
I'm now looking to make an official complaint and moving my plan to another provider.
Ridiculous.

We were in a very bad place during the pandemic. Our medical insurer went into receivership when surgery and inpatient care were needed, and we went from being in the black to deep in the red. The bank referred us to PayPlan, and I admit I was sceptical. We could only manage a low monthly repayment, and this was going to take us eight years to pay off. However, as we paid back friends who had helped us, we could add more each month to repay the bank and credit card providers. It cut the repayment time in half, and we are now debt-free thanks to PayPlan, and of course, the main creditors for suspending interest repayments.
