Terrible company
Terrible company, can’t get through to them on phone, automated system doesn’t let you hold for call back, says wait time 4 mins I was still waiting 20mins before giving up. Don’t answer emails, don’t take accountability for their error.

PayPlan took the fear out of facing debt.
Debt can be quite difficult to accept and confront. Navigating the solutions can be overwhelming. PayPlan were so helpful and made it easy and a lot less scary. They walked me through what I would have really struggled with on my own. I'm not sure if I can mention names but she was brilliant. As, I'm sure, they all are.

For anyone considering using Payplan
For anyone considering using Payplan. I am in a lot of debt and felt that this time I needed help.
My rating is 5 stars. I am genuine Payplan member and now using a DAS to help me deal with my enormous debt. To me it is.
After my initial call I had to phone back and speak to someone else. Sheryl Glover took my call she was amazing, patient and understood my situation. She is a superstar and I can’t thank her enough.
We went through all questions, clarifying things where necessary. I have expressed this to Sheryl directly.
Once we had discussed my options I feel I have lifted a weight off my shoulders. There is a journey ahead but just knowing that Payplan will deal with lenders, 15 in my case, and be the only people I need to deal with that are on my side is beginning to give me back some space in my brain.
If you are thinking using Payplan be as prepared as you can, just answer all questions initially. Take time. I wish anyone, on or starting the journey, well.

THEY HELPED ME SEE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL
The team, Julia, Harmonie and Sergio have helped me see clearly, set up a managable plan and taken a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Years of stressed was compilled into a hour phone call and made me see the light at the end of the tunnel, something I had struggled to see for a long time.
No judgement from them, simple, understandable, advisable and everything good I could of asked for.
Since agreeing to a DMP, I have had great communication from the team and I already feel better about my situation.
