A professional job was done on my carpet. I'm pleased with the job.

Jonathan was very helpful talked me through all the different carpets to make sure I was getting the best for my home.
On the day of fitting I was called with a time he would be coming, lovely friendly man can’t remember his name sorry but did a fantastic job on laying my carpet and didn’t take him long at all.

Such an easy and quick process. The sales agent came out very quickly. The choices of carpet were brilliant. When delivery day came the carpet fitters were brilliant let me know they were 30 mins away. They were very polite and friendly and were very quick at fitting the grippers, underlay and carpet. It was fitted to a high standard and looks fantastic. The quality of the underlay and carpet is amazing and has completely changed my living room. It’s only been down a day but has made a significant difference keeping the heat in the room. Thank you I would highly recommend and I would definitely use again in the future.

Firstly the two men that fitted my flooring were extremly professional ,very respectful and courtious i felt totaly at ease with them in my home ,they did an amazing job fitting my laminate floor despite the chalanges of discovering my floors on a slant...the flooring is beautyful ...the man that first came to measure was very helpful and informative explaining the process very well,i think the company have it just right in these times allowing everone to have a chance to have a lovely home no matter what youre financial situation is ...i Highly Recomend Pay Weejly Carpets they are a wonderful company that gives a sense of respect back to people in these bleak times .. Carpet fitters attitude was ridiculous uncalled for asked him to do a simple job bit me head off so delivered the carpet not fitted then proceeded to throw me money on the floor and said he wasn’t delivering the carpet

Everything worked good and well up until the delivery where when even explaining I’m disabled and have pain and mobility issues he made me bring it in with him even stating I’m meant to be just dropping it at the doorstep. If someone had explained to me this was the case I would have made sure I had the muscle here to help, instead I’m now left sick and injured with a carpet stuck in the living room which is meant for upstairs until my brother and brother in law can come round.
