Dan and Brian just fitted our new French doors. Polite, friendly and helpful. They did a great job very cheerfully in spite of the freezing cold and went to great lengths to leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. We are very pleased.

I have dealt with Permaframe now for…
I have dealt with Permaframe now for many years as have my family. We have always been satisfied with the service and standard of work. A new front door was fitted some 6 months ago and there have been problems with the lock(NUKI) since the lock was fitted . I of course contacted NUKI, who required the invoice. I do not have it as it was supplied as part of the installation process. The service, by the way from NUKI, is appalling and of no help at all. Permanframe did put me in contact with the lock supplier. again useless. Eventually, after many calls and emails and at last a return call Permaframe did say that the lock would be replaced. That was some months ago. I have heard nothing so sent another email. Nothing. I Called today(23rd Dec) now closed until the new year and the lock tells me that the battery is failing . I have no wish to put poor reviews about my local trusted supplier on Trustpilot but enough is enough and I simply wish for my lock to be replaced and to work as it should. I note the MD reads reviews so perhaps he will read this one and get some action on a long overdue problem.

Professionl Window Installation.
The installation of 23 windows and a back door were completed by Kyle and Tyron with speed and the utmost professionalism. They were very friendly, tidy and the installation work was absolutely spot on. It was a challenging fit in view of the location of some windows and the weather and it was done in 3 days with a great effort and attention to detail.
I am more than happy to recommend Permaframe who have been excellent from start to finish and Kyle and Tyron, their excellent fitters.

Door fitted by both Kyle and Tyron.
They were both excellent and did a superb job. They cleaned everywhere after and left the place spotless. They are a credit and I would have no issue having them work on my home again.

Easy and smooth installation by Permaframe!
I've recently had some French doors installed by Permaframe. Run up to installation was very smooth and survey was done quickly and efficiently by Ben. The product came in very quickly and installation arranged promptly when I spoke with Andy, James, Paul and Louise in the office.
The installation itself done by the friendly Andy and Adam was smooth and seamless. They took great care and left the site tidy.
The doors look great and my property feels so much more secure after an attempted break in!

Brilliant job, but too many follow on phone calls
Brilliant job; fast, efficient, tidy and polite - couldn't ask for more. Thank you Tyron and Kyle.
However it's the next day and I'm not so happy. Five snagging issues and so many phone calls from them where it has been clear that they don't communicate with each other. The final call was a follow on from them trying to selling me further business that I was interested in. To be fair it would have been a tricky job but one person said it could be done but I did not appreciate the rather dismissive conversation with the final person to phone.

Things didn’t go totally smoothly so credit to Tyron the fitter for sorting things out. Result looks great but as with every product, ask me again in 10 years. There’s a good guarantee I understand so all good.

The fitting team triumphed after a few delays
After a few glitches and miscommunication between management departments which delayed our fitting, the brilliant team arrived today and worked non-stop to fit all our 17 windows. Shout out to Kyle and Tyron for doing such a great job and being respectful of our home and the needs of my disabled husband. They really know their stuff and were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and a pleasure to work with. We still have a finishing off bit to do so I’ll welcome them back when they’ve got more beading. Thanks also due to Ian and Roy in sales who negotiated for us and kept everything on an even keel. I’m so pleased with my new windows. Thanks guys
