Comprehensive report, agreed mutually convenient times for survey and installation.
The guys that did the job ( Mick, Mazz and Reece and Andy White ) arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained the process.
They all protected the floor coverings and respected the property before commencing the Installation of the damp proof work . minimal disruption, very efficient, clean work and tidied up as they went along.
Reece was a young apprentice and was supervised at all times by Mick.. His apprentice supervisor ( Katie) was also observing him and the branch manager (Sam) also popped in to check on the job. We felt very much looked after.
The following Day the plasterer Andy White came along and hacked off the plaster and re plastered the day after that, he did a fabulous job and at all times explained what he was doing.
We have used Peter Cox for damp proofing on 3 properties and although they are a little more expensive, in our opinion you get what you pay for.
Should also mention the surveyor and office staff were helpful in answering any questions that arose prior to the work starting

Very happy with the work carried out at my property by Sam D and Alan K. Also a pleasant experience dealing with Rhian who arranged the work beforehand. Would happily recommend Peter Cox property services.

Very efficient and left the house very tidy at the end of the job. Helpful staff including Brad at the office and great job by Andy White, who did all the plastering after the damp course has been done. Roy Smythe was very patient with all my questions as it was for a rental and my first DPC. Only reason that it's not 5 star is that the report could be easier to read for a lay person and the prep needed before the DPC was done a little more detailed. Overall very pleased and recommend Peter Cox and the team highly

Daniel Harper completed the review for my property. He was courteous, professional and very informative. His report was very detailed. He took time to answer all my questions on the day of the survey and got back to me very quickly when I raised questions after the survey. He displayed a wide knowledge of the causes and treatments of damp. I am very appreciative of his help and the information he shared.

The people who organised the arrangement were very friendly, efficient and really knew what they were talking about.

All staff we dealt with were knowledgable ,helpful and communacative .Operatives turned up on time and we are pleased with the workmanship .

I have had mould cleaners, insulation fitted and plaster work undertaken in my home.Every member of staff worked hard leaving great results.They were a pleasure to have working in my property, always friendly and polite. From the team at the office to the people undertaking the work. I would like to thank Clyde, Darren and the gentleman that cleaned my property in one day to a high standard.

The plasters were always on time - even early on most days, worked without a single stop in freezing conditions - not a cup of coffee or tea - and did an excellent job. They were polite, pleasant and very clean - cleared up at the end of every day, and of course, at the end of the job, both indoors and out.

Clear guidelines of when the work would be done. All work done as predicted with clear explanation of what was being done. Very neat and tidy and all work completed very well

I have had the pleasure of working with Matthew Airey from Peter Cox with regards to a survey we organised on behalf of a landlord who's property maintenance we manage. I met Matthew at the property on two separate occasions and Matthew is very friendly, knowledgeable and has been more than accommodating to the landlords requests for further information. Would recommend, the survey was completed in a timely manor and the report was detailed and outlined any issues found with solutions in the form of quotes for works required. The communication from initial booking through to the day of the survey has been clear and consistent.

Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful, patiently explained the problem and solution, then sent a full report of necessary works very quickly. This is our second experience of Peter Cox, Mark did both visits and we would not hesitate to call again if needed - we have an old house so things do crop up!

The Peter Cox team have been outstanding in dealing with wet and dry rot within my flat due to water ingressing from leaking defective guttering.
Mark Patrick (Project Leader) has gone above and beyond while overseeing this project from start to finish. Investigating the issue, he provided transparent and genuine understanding to the cause, as well as extent of damage and the required remedial works. Every step of the way Mark and his team clearly communicated issues found, works required and made every effort to mitigate costs. Mark's knowledge, excellent communication and tireless efforts to deliver the very best for his clients is a massive testament to himself and the Peter Cox company.
Colin from the engineering team carried out incredibly high quality work to restore the flat and in a very timely manner. Again, exceeding expected work scope, Colin provided me with photos of roofing concerns in need of further definitive repair before carrying out a temporary high quality repair himself.
Margaret and Sarah in the contracts team have been excellent in liaising with myself and in passing on messages to their team.
I highly recommend the Peter Cox Team to anyone considering using them and I am sending a massive thanks to all involved in restoring my home, I massively appreciate all the hard work and effort put in. Thank you.
