Easy to order online. My previous orders list means that I can reorder quickly, the search facility easily finds products. Prices are competitive.

Very rude ladies working in the Wells…
Very rude ladies working in the Wells Pets Corner. Condescending and unprofessional. Disappointed to be met by 2 ladies that offer an incredibly poor standard of customer service. The manager specifically who should not be a manager at all based on how she speaks to customers. I would not recommend using this place.

Very good customer service and helped with choosing food for my cat. Highly recommend this place. The cat food we bought was really good. Cats love it .

Ordering online
This is the first time ordering online Canagan tinned cat food. Excellent and easy to use process and delivery was within one day which is exceptional. The only drawback when buying online are the tins are all the same flavour. A variety selection pack would be much more useful and versatile. Overall, the experience was purrfect.

Everything you need (esp at short notice!)
I always find what I need for my dog. Good quality products, first aid equipment, supplements, toys, beds - anything you need particularly at short notice. The staff are kind and knowledgable - they know animals and products - special shout out to Pets Corner Chessington.

Amazing, knowledgeable staff!
We have a Spanish Water Dog Puppy and is very wary of new people and environments. During a shopping event in the Telscombe shop, they informes us of the Saturday morning Puppy hour. We went as soon as he was vaccinated. Unfortunately, we picked a Saturday with no other puppies. However, the staff were excellent. They understood he was nervous and the staff sat with him and made him feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and we were taken aback on her knowledge of puppy behaviour. If it wasn’t for the staff, we would not have continued with puppy hour. On a trip to Dobbies Brighton, they have a consistent number of puppies. Again, the staff knew their stuff and made me feel quite comfortable our puppy was in good hands. He was whimpering by the time I walked away and the staff were very patient and tried everything to encourage his enjoyment. We are not sure it is his thing but it is the staff who are just outstanding in both locations and the reason we will pursue this. If you have a nervous or wary puppy, give it a try. The staff know what to do and they will try everything to ensure your puppy has a great experience. You also get a discount in the store that morning.

Jadwiga and the rest of the staff in the Henley Branch are unfailingly cheerful, friendly and welcoming, and have made me and my latest litter of kittens feel welcome whenever we've visited. All of the staff were absolute stars, and really helped to socialise my kittens. They are all clearly mad about animals, and have impeccable product knowledge. I wish that the company would stock the two things I use most often (Catsan litter and Royal Canin Mother and Baby Cat dry food) as I'd far rather give Pets Corner my business than the big name store in nearby Reading. I have, however, bought all manner of 'bits and bobs' from Pets Corner and have always been impressed by the quality and value for money. Four Great & Small Snuggle & Snooze Luxury Cat Cubes were a real highlight, going with the last litter of kittens to their forever homes. I hope these come back in stock by the time I have the next litter.

Heavy duty items like their great and small branded cat trees are fantastic and staff at the St Albans branch are knowledgable, helpful and friendly.
Only drawback for us is the smaller toys aren’t great. Bought a cat toy for £5, took it out the packaging and it disintegrated straight away. Don’t have the time or energy to return it to the store for a refund.

Very welcoming store
Visited the store for the first time on Sunday 8th February with our Staffie X Sharpie, also her first visit to a store. Raymond and Evie were very welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought some treats and a few items. Will definitely go back again.

I rarely review places but I had to post about PC Richmond. I have been coming to this store since the week it opened 3+ years ago. The pro manager Hannah is incredible. Her product, animal, behavioural and instinctive knowledge is unmatched. I have yet to ask her a question (and I ask A LOT of questions) that she doesn’t know the answer to or know how to find the answer to.
Hannah’s genuine passion and love of animals shines through her. Greeting every dog that comes into the shop and often knowing their name. She never forgets to give them a treat too from behind the counter. Little wonder every dog in the neighbourhood can’t walk past PC without pulling to go in to see her!
Hannah deserves every accolade she has already had and is yet to get. She really is a breath of fresh air in a world of AI answers, live chats and downright terrible customer service!
(Nb: This review is wholely separate and opposite to my views on the PC owner Dean Richmond whose deplorable, selfish, unforgivable actions on Fireworks night caused extreme animal upset and the devastating death of a neighbouring horse).
