The usual worm treatment from the vets upset my English bulldog. Last time when I gave the prescribed medicine to my boy those tablets made him feel really poorly. I was worried that I’ll loose my dog… I took him to the vets and they’ve suggested to stop giving any anti worming medication from no on as none of the medication’s they gave worked gently on my dog.
Several months after without any deworming my dog started to loose the fur excessively, developed and itching/ scratching habits. I took him to the vets again and they’ve said it’s a food allergy now and suggested to change the dry food brand. I followed the advice but nothing changed in my dog behaviour and he continued to loose the fur and the weight. So I’ve started to look for the alternative products for the worm treatment primarily and for the supplements for the skin, fur etc.

Thanks god I’ve found the pets purest!!! Just 3 days after giving the advised dosage of the dewormer from Pets Purest my dog had a night accident in the house and my husband discovered a worm trace in that runny poop. We’ve continued with the treatment as per advice sheet on the bottle. Scratching habit gone few days after as well. So clearly it worked!

I've given it 2 stars because as a company I can't fault them. As for the products I'm not sure. We used itchy skin oil, pre biotics and pro biotics and turmeric. Not change in our Lab whatsoever. What I will say is we only gave it a couple of months so maybe not long enough. I'm not going to slate it but I won't be recommending it either.

I’ve bought salmon oil from Pets Purest for my 2 dogs for the last year, and it’s made a big difference to their coats and general wellbeing. I had to deal with the company regarding a bottle that had leaked in its packaging, and the customer service was second to none. A great company to deal with, and I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.

This company went over and above to ensure I recieved a replacement order .when my original one was delivered to a address in London 600 miles away.

I have had a bit of an ordeal with this order. I found this company while searching for some supplements for my cats and I placed an order for the digestive bundle and was quite excited to try it out. I was even more excited when it arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately I was then left disappointed as what I received was a couple of football shirts. Not sure how they would help my cats digestion 😂 I then was quite annoyed and went on a rampage to get in contact to see what was going on and if I had been scammed. I received a message from a lovely lady called Melissa who asked to call me to go through it. She was absolutely amazing, reassuring me this wasn’t something that had happened before and offered to refund part of my order and get it all resent to me and also collect the items that were incorrect.
I am so happy with how this was dealt with and would like to offer a big apology and admit I was wrong to jump the gun.

Pets Purest offer such a great selection of healthy treats. My dog absolutely loves the pheasant cubes and venison sausages. The boredom yack chews, rabbit ears and deers antler are fantastic. I also use salmon oil and the itchy skin relief which is amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly and subscription makes it easy for re orders. Really pleased with the products and service with pets purest. Their delivery is quick and very good prices. Definitely recommend. I buy their tummy settler, salmon oil and treats for my 2 dogs.

I had an initial issue with my order due to Royal Mail and technical issues with my emails not routing through to PP to resolve - hence losing the 1 star for my initial troubles.

However I am fully satisfied with the customer care I received from Melissa to resolve this. Excellent resolution skills and the products seem great, can’t wait to use them for my dog.

Great one-stop shop for pet supplements, kibble toppers, and high meat content treats. Regularly buy the salmon oil and stock up in natural training treats too. Nice to find an affordable to source that is also good quality. Great customer service too. Always knowledgeable and prompt responses.

PetsPurest have one certain product that helps my highly allergic dog. I found it and continue using it hence I am a return customer. I also use the salmon oil for all my dogs. Customer service is a little slow and not very helpful but the products are great!

Products that actually work cannot recommend enough . Also excellent value for money . Pets purest do not try and rip you off. I have been amazed with how much their products have helped my cat.
