Everything I’ve purchased from Pets Purest has been absolutely brilliant. Pumpkin Powder, Calming Drops, Itch Drops & Joint Support Salmon Oil are used daily. The subscription service is also a great idea if you’re looking to repeat purchases - saves quite a bit of money. Lowered my rating to 4/5 only because since the company have been on TikTok I find that they favour users on that platform over their website customers - which is a bit of a let down.

I have been using pets Purest for a while now. Always been great service and products are great too.

New treats always arrive just as supply running low. Easy to subscribe. Excellent little treats

My cats completely stopped eating their food after I added salmon omega-3 oil. I would have thought they were just being picky, but both of them did it. I'm not recommend this product.
Upd. After posting my initial review, I contacted customer support, and they resolved the oil issue very quickly. I also want to mention that I gave the oil to my neighbors, who have a spaniel, and their dog happily ate her food with two pumps of it. So I recommend this product mostly for dogs. Thank you!

Just had a brilliant customer experience following a misunderstanding about a product that was genuinely no ones fault. They offered me a full refund when many others might not. Great products our dogs love the Salmon oil and the plaque powder. The flea and tick spray works and smells lovely. Would highly recommend pets purest product.

Ordered the turmeric curcumin tablets for my Carpathian Shepherd. He ended up with the most horrendous bright orange diarrhoea for days!! Ended up having to take him to the vets.
The tablets went straight in the bin.
Waste of money.

Products are extremely popular with my dog. I had to deal with customer services about an issue, they were outstanding, efficient, resolved the issue immediately and exceeded my expectations

Easy to order and always quick delivery

Placed an order and received notification of dispatch and then subsequently delivery however I was out when delivery was made and I was unable to locate my delivery.

After a quick email to the support team sadly informed me the courier had placed my parcel in my recycling bin as my "safe space" and had sadly been emptied by the local council. The support team were profusely apologetic and sent me a new delivery straight away (with a different courier group). Items safely arrived as described and my dog is enjoying her goodies.

Good product not sure if it’s doing any good as only just started using, disappointed as bought 2 and both pumps received don’t work.

Coltsfoot does naturally contain compounds that can be harmful to the liver in larger quantities or with prolonged use. Because of this, we wouldn’t recommend extended or regular use of products containing coltsfoot for dogs with existing liver concerns.That said, if your dog has only had the cough medication for a short period (such as around a week), we wouldn’t be overly concerned. The potential risks are generally associated with larger amounts or long-term exposure.

As we’re not veterinary professionals, we’re unfortunately unable to provide specific medical advice. For tailored guidance based on your dog’s individual condition, we would always recommend speaking with your vet, who will be best placed to advise on what is safe and suitable.
As a precaution, we would suggest avoiding further use of supplements containing coltsfoot, particularly given your dog’s liver condition.

You need to put a disclaimer on your products accordingly.

The dogs love the powders. We go for goat milk, pumpkin and the seaweed. All reasonably priced and can’t fault the service.
We do find the seaweed does genuinely work with their teeth / breath 👍.
