I have received great service and help.
I have received great service and help from Pharmplex. I needed medication for my dog quite quickly and Niku explained the process on the phone and via email to help me send the prescription in, order the meds then the order was delivered very promptly. I now use this company regularly and would definately recommend them.

A total waste of time
A total waste of time! I sent a repeat prescription just to be told it wasn't adequate??
I'm not sure what else they'd need but seemed to be totally unprofessional from the start. Very disgruntled.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback.
We have investigated your complaint and found that you ordered a prescription only medicine (POM) but did not supply an actual prescription with your order. What you sent us is the repeat part of an NHS FP10 prescripton, but not the prescription itself. The FP10 prescription has two parts: the actual prescription (usually green) and the repeat list, listing your medicines you are taking. When you use the prescription, the pharmacist tears off the repeat list and gives it back to you for your records, and this is the part you sent us.
It is possible that the actual prescription was torn off by accident and it`s still in your possession. In this case please send it to us, we are happy to supply your order.
We hope you understand that we are bound by the NHS regulations in handling prescription medicines and you will change your negative feedback.
It is not clear what you mean in your feedback by us "totally unprofessional from the start". Please clarify, we always listen to our customers and try to improve the quality of our services.
