Customer service was good but I ordered an item, but when it came to dispatch the item had been issued to someone else. When an order is placed surely the item should be taken off the computer. This means that I will have been without the ointment that I have been looking for, for three months I am still without. Not good.

Excellent service, needed to ask advice about an item the staff were very helpful and understanding and delivery was so quick, would recommend them.

Publish incorrect prices, take order online then a day later phone to cancel as the price has to be increased!!!

We are sorry to let you down on this occasion. Our inventory consists of tens of thousands items and although we take care to update our prices, recent changes in the pound/ US dollar exchange rates and that we don`t always receive information beforehand about sudden increases in supplier prices caused that the item you ordered appeared with a wrong price. We sent you full refund on the day of your order.

This response is a very poor excuse for total incompetence within Pharmplex Direct. The price listed and ordered online was £7,- per item . The subsequent revised price was £19,-. The £/$ exchange rate has not changed by this huge margin nor would I expect suppliers to increase by such a large amount!!!
Just tell it like it is and state the truth that PharmplexDirect were incompetent when loading the prices onto their system?
Making up stories to justify the error is very childish. Credit the public with intelligence to see through these cover ups by companies with weak apologies and pathetic excuses to mask their inefficiencies.

Very fast transatlantic delivery and all items present and correct as ordered

I would like to say thank you to the Pharmplex staff for their quick and efficient turn around in processing my order. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when I spoke to them directly and I was very happy with the product. I would highly recommend using them to friends and family.
