ZERO communication from this seller. Have sent emails to try to get answers and NOTHING. Very disappointing. Cannot cancel order either it seems. Ordered on 23rd July. You have my money you owe me a reply. Perhaps "All reviews, good, bad or otherwise will be viewable immediately." will prompt you to get back to me.

Goods not recieved, poor communications.

I am absolutely appalled with them.I placed an order with them on June 17th 2020 and it has still not arrived. I have emailed and telephoned them to no avail.If they cannot be bothered to respond or send the order it would be nice to get my money back.

Have tried contacting them 3 times regarding cancelling an order with no response. The reason for cancelling was due to the fact the medicine was going to take too long to get to me, something we didn't realise when placing the order.

Your communication is very poor.Have sent emails 3 no reply and phoned you 4 times with the phone just ring out.So i don’t no how my order is processing.My order was done and paid for well over a week ago and no communication for yourselves apart from this email how did we do.Up to now not that well

The customer service is appalling. I ordered Insulin twice the first time was OK the second I was kept waiting for almost three weeks and every time I phoned to ask what was happening I was just fobbed off with "it will be dispatched soon" if they bothered to answer the phone at all. Eventually the staff resulted to almost shouting at me blaming anything and everything for the delay.

If you dig in a little you will find they are a little chemist with a big looking website and obviously cannot cope with the orders it bring in.

Ordered over a week ago, no communication only reminders to send a review, I have emailed but no reply yet

I still have not received my order that is INCORRECTLY marked as Awaiting Private subscription, as you must well know by now through my previous emails, tel call and complaints.

I have not even had the decency of c reply to update me!!

Yet again I write about my order from 22nd Jan which has still not arrived and when I called today to chase up, not only did they start talking about the wrong product they then put me on hold ... I waited for 5 mins then hung up in the belief they had lost my call. been trying to call back but constantly engaged or blocked me. My money has been banked since 22nd, but they never had the stock. Am told they have half my ordered number so why haven't they sent it as requested in my last call 4 weeks ago? Refunded me the remaining amount? £33+ still with them!
No emails, no calls to update me no correspondence at all. May have to think about reporting to the Fraud Squad for Internet crime.

Ordered twice but both orders not shipped even after 2 weeks. Tried everything to contact but no reply. Phone is on answering machine and there is no reply to the messages. Very bad experience.

Communication with this company is next to none. I have ordered IVF medications since last week. Order number 54305. I have not been able to reach the company my circle is starting on Saturday. I ordered some of my IVF medication from this pharm to save money because i was told they sell cheaper, now i am regretting , no response nothing. i sent an urgent message still no show. I do not have money to order from another company. .and they have received my prescription which they signed for.

Sent prescription even though it was delivered next day was not acknowledged as received until 2 days later. Good still not send and emails marked as urgent chasing what is going on being ignored. Terrible service for needed medication

No order acknowledgement. No eta. Expensive postage. No sign of item as yet.
