Would highly recommend Pik Mik. Mik explained and showed me what the problem was, replaced the faulty, old mechanism and supplied new keys. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Pik Mik came out within a few minutes and within a short while fixed my 1 door and phoned is mate up to come within the hour to fix my back door. If anybody needs a locksmith I can recommend him. He does not know I am writing this and has not asked to.

Very disappointed and upset.
Rang for a quote on door the man said that he would look stating it is a free quote which was perfect. Arrived stating will cost either 180 or 220 I said can you confirm which one he said he will need to look into the mechanism. Hw took side of the frame off and came back said would cost 180 which I said I will check with my partner who is currently on nights and if my partner agrees could he come back later. He then said he is unwell and he would charge me extra to come back later which i think was not fair anyway I said Ok let me discuss with my partner and get back to him. He then said it will cost me 20 now for him to put the part of the door he just took off ! Which he did not mention prior to taking the door apart, I then said this too him and he said he would not put it back unless I pay him. He has left me with no lock, no handle nothing but a flapping door!!!. I am 9 months pregnant with a small child and 2 dogs. This is disgusting to leave me vulnerable and unsafe because you took a door apart then wanted me to pay for you to put it back which was not discussed.

Fast efficient service and a good price

After contacting Mick on a Sunday evening he was there the next day to sort the issue.

Mick attended my property and told me what the issue was and installed a new multipoint lock and upgraded the original barrel. He did a brilliant job and even re aligned my door as it was catching.

Our front door lock broke so we could not secure the property. Mik came within the hour, identified the problem and replaced the lock in half an hour. Top bloke!

Excellent service. My daughter got our key stuck in the outside of the door. Called up and within 30 minutes Mik was at my door. Very quickly replaced the old barrel with a new one and he even sorted my front door before he left free of charge which had dropped and was sticking. Reasonably priced too. Friendly and efficient. Mik came out within an hour of me calling, as he said he would. He was extremely honest fixed my lock within 20 minutes. I was quoted over £300 by another locksmith, Mik charged me £55! Highly recommended!

He is neat and very thorough.
His rates are absolutely affordable but overall he is so honest, he had the opportunity to replace an important part of the door but found there was a simpler solution.
He also did extra work on the job to ensure all was 100 per cent fit for purpose.
Please use him if any work needed.

I had a door mechanism that wasn't working properly. Mick replaced the mechanism and handles. I found him to be friendly and polite and would definitely recommend him.
