I have yet to receive any information about my order after 6 weeks
I have yet to receive any information regarding my order 6 weeks ago. I contacted the seller and they have yet to respond outside of sending me an email for this survey. I have been charged $42 for a pillow I am not sure I will ever receive. I am extremely frustrated and feel I have been robbed by this company.

My order not only took MONTHS to be completed, but I was sent the wrong order!

No product has been shipped, it's been a month. I've asked for a refund. Multiple emails sent, multiple phone calls made. No one has answered the phone, replied to my voicemail messages, or replied to my emails. Nothing. Nada. I want a refund. Because service is so bad I do not want the pillow, even if one could be shipped.
Quick to charge, slow to deliver & incommunicado.....
I ordered a pillow on June 16th from Pillowcompany. After the initial confirmation of the order on June 17th, at which time they charged my credit card, I have heard NOTHING from them and I have not received my pillow. I have called and emailed them with no response. My last email to them was to inform them I would process a claim with my credit card company on July 17th if I did not receive my pillow or communication on when I would receive the pillow. Today is July 16th, and they are out of time!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered my pillows on June 10th, have yet to receive them yet I noticed that my check has already been cashed.
I have emailed, called several times to inquire about a delivery date and still no answer! No pillows! The ultimate is that I receive this invitation to rate the company. Really????

I canceled the order and got a refund from my credit card.

After numerous email and voicemail messages, I finally received a response indicating they had already responded to me. Unfortunately, the email they were referring to was addressed with ..com vs. just ONE .com so i had never received it. Although they explain the delay (now >1month from order date) I still have yet to receive my order but they did quickly send the nearly $200 charge through to my credit card which is now accruing interest for products yet to be shipped. I ordered from them a few years ago and that was a great experience...this has been the exact opposite.
I Think They Are Out Of Business
I have order 2 previous pillows from The Pillow Company and they were great. About a month ago I placed another order and after 3 weeks, tried to reach out to them as I had not received my pillow. I have called, left messages and emailed and have heard nothing from them. I think they went out of business. I am trying to get my credit card to cancel the order and refund me the money.

I made an order 6-4-19 for a pillow. My credit card was charged for $62.95 on 6-5-19, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PILLOW! I have called their "Customer Service" several times, all I get is a recording to leave a message. No one has called back!! I have sent detailed emails.........not one response!! If this is how they operate, avoid making an order......you will NOT be happy. I just called their (602)923-4198, with the same results, "leave a message". My next call is to my credit card company, AND the Better Business Bureau!
Excellent product!!!
This is a small company--so, you may have to wait for delivery--their product is extremely well made and worth the wait. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is that it took three emails to get a response as to the delay--they need to work on letting people know the status of the order.

Comme les autres ont déjà dit, une arnaque. Même si le site dit votre commande viendra vite, puis un mail arrive qui dit 'dans 21-25 jours'. Quoi ?!! Et voilà rien de tout arriver. Puis si on essaie contacter cette entreprise, on entend RIEN. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. No product arrives, the company does not respond.

I love my pillow
Best pillow in the world for me is the Duplex. The company could improve on sending order verification as I got worried that my money disappeared and maybe the company didn’t survive since my last order a few years ago. Such relief they do exist and I am happy with the customer service I received after I contacted them.

Customer service is bad
The pillows are great, but the customer service needs help. I have called & emailed asking about my $20 coupon & if it had been applied & asking shipping details, i placed the order on 04/28/2019 and still have not heard anything from them.

Fantastic product. I've been buying these pillows for family members and always have great reviews. You need to be patient on deliveries because they have high standards (true organic) on their raw materials and can sometimes have supply chain issues.
