Never shipped, never responded.

Ordered a pillow. Site says a few days to ship. After a week I email asking about order status and tracking number. No response. A week later, I email, call and leave voicemail and fill out support form on website. Two days later, no response. I then call my credit card and challenge the charge that was done on day 1. Only contact since has been an email asking for this review.

I NEVER received my pillow

I NEVER received my pillow. I sent an email and called and left a message 3 times. I will have to report it to my credit card company as fraudulent activity because I don't know what else to do.
I am so disappointed because I really love these pillows. I am really frustrated with your company.

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience

I placed an online order with pillowcompany.com on January 6th. My credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of the order. I received an order confirmation email shortly after placing the order, as expected. Since then I have received no further communication from pillowcompany.com. No shipping confirmation, no email explaining why my order is delayed, no order cancellation notice, nothing. I've called their customer service line several times, left messages, and received no return call. I've also sent emails to customer service and received no response.

This is the second order I've placed with pillowcompany.com. The first order I placed was also delayed a couple of weeks, but they actually communicated with me about my first order, so I knew they were working on it. The lack of communication with my current order is not acceptable. You can't take people's money and offer nothing but silence in return!

I will wait a few more days to see if I hear anything back from pillowcompany.com. If I don't hear anything, I will be calling my credit card company to have the charge cancelled. It's too bad, because I think they have a great product. I really like the first pillow I ordered from them. I would love to get a couple more if they would just respond to me!

Slow order response and less then poor…

Slow order response and less then poor customer service. Placed my order in January. After 3 weeks, emailed and called several times, neither of which were returned by the company. The company was very prompt about processing my payment. That is the only way I knew that my order was received. I am still waiting to hear from the company as to the status of my order. Will NEVER order from the Pillow Company again, and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the pillows over a month ago…

I ordered the pillows over a month ago and still have not received them. I called them and emailed them several times and they never responded to my emails or phone calls. They charged my credit card right at the time of placing the order and a month later I still don't have my pillows. I would understand that there may be a delay because of some problem but at least I would expect them to notify me about that.
I will wait a few more days and if I don't get my pillows I will have to contest the payment with the credit card company

I ordered on Jan 3; you charged my account on Jan 4. I have not received my pillow. I've emailed you several times, telephoned you twice--never reached a human being, never received an answer. I'll be asking my card company to take action. This is absolutely the worst experience I've had regarding an on-line purchase.

NO customer service!

I ordered a knee bolster pillow from you. I was immediately charged for it and got an email showing what I ordered. There was no mention of when I should expect to receive it. I sent 2 emails to customer service: no response. I called customer service and left messages: no response. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything back, I contacted my bank, disputed the charge and was given a refund. Horrible customer service. I ended up ordering a buckwheat knee bolster pillow from Hullo, which I received within a week. If you cannot provide customer service or respond to any communication, perhaps you shouldn't have an online store.

This is my 2nd order from Pillow…

This is my 2nd order from Pillow Company. I LOVE my millet hull standard night pillow so much, that I ordered one for my daughter in law. It never arrived. I called Pillow Company and left messages on at least 2 occasions, and emailed them multiple times. I have never received a response from them. I told them on my last message that I would need to dispute the payment with my credit card company, which I have done. I am so sorry to report this problem, as I have told so many friends and family members about this pillow.

I ordered a millet pillow and wrist…

I ordered a millet pillow and wrist support well before Christmas. The pillow came weeks later and I did not receive the wrist support. I emailed several times about the missing item and still have not had any response. The pillow is very nice and I like it a lot. I'm not sure what is going on with the company and I hope they can fix the problems they seem to be having with customer service as the product is very nice. I would give a 5 star rating but because of stated issues I feel I am being generous giving a 3 star rating .

Poor communication and customer service.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered my pillows and I haven't seen them yet. I emailed customer service asking for a status on my order and got no response. I then called customer service 3 times and heard the same message that all operators were busy and left 2 voice mails. I have not received any response from them either. I would understand if the pillows were backordered as long as they let me know. I am wondering if they have a customer service department at all! The last straw was receiving this request to rate my experience. I have ordered products from this company several times before and was always very satisfied. This is very disappointing.

Nothing

I wish there was a zero star rating available for at this point in time that is the sum of my purchase attempt. No communication, no respose, no pillow. One would think that after 1 month of nothing frustration there would be at least be a message the company is no longer in business. When and if I have something to report I would be pleased to share my experience with anyone contemplating doing business with Pillow Company.

you have got to be kidding me HORRIBLE

you have got to be kidding me you’re asking me to review the pillow company I ordered on December 26, 2018 still have never received my pillow but you took the money out of my bank account the next day. I had to initiate a charge back and cancel my credit card this is the worst company ever and I still never received my product extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anybody

Twinkle, twinkle single star... One star is too much by far

Since my review is being sent to England, it's unlikely anyone relevant will ever see it. But,I can dream.

It's odd to me that there are 5 star reviews glowingly describing the excellent service and beautiful packaging. They stand out glaringly among the sea of 1 and 2 star reviews.

I could copy and paste from most of the other reviews here: placed an order, card was charged with lighting speed and then nothing. Four weeks and 7+ attempts to get information on my order, no response.

I'm really disappointed, I've had good experiences with this company before. I now suspect I've been scammed. Given the number of complaints, going back years, I'm disappointed that law enforcement is allowing an American-based business to blatently break the law.

Things are rough enough. Why make life harder for the people who chose your product, placing trust in you? .

I think the customer service employee (perhaps the only employee) has been too busy to answer the phone. That person is busy here, writing 5 star "verified purchase" reviews (verified by whom? How?).

You may notice how oddly perfectly the 5-star reviews counterpoint the complaints: Someone's pillow arrives in a torn and badly taped Home Depot box? Why, here's a 5 star reviewer who writes almost nothing about the product, because there is so much to praise about the packaging: such a study box! The taping is so even and and such powerful tape!

Many customers receive no product and no communication? But what about the 5-star reviewers who raved about the delightful conversations they had with the best customer service team ever? Only four days ago a customer got the best pillow, in the best packaging and with such speedy delivery that it's almost hard to believe. What could this mean? Perhaps I'm mistaken about my horrible experience after all. That's a relief.

Defunct company??

Never got a confirmation email or tracking info despite credit card being charged. Tried to call multiple times, no answer. Googled it and others have had same issue so I had to have my credit card company cancel the charge.
Seems like the company is defunct but still accepting your money, so uncool.

Fraudulent company!

Order pillow and they gladly took my money but after several weeks nothing arrived. I made repeated calls and no one ever answered and sent repeated emails to which I never received a reply. This company is a total scam and should be shut down.

My husband and I love our pillows

My husband and I love our pillows! I used to wake up with a migraine each morning - sleeping on the Millet Hull Pillow has helped reduce the amount of headaches I wake up with! Additionally, we love that you can adjust the amount of filling easily. My husband took several cups of filling out of his pillow, while I kept mine filled as it came. It's great that we were able to do so, as each of us now has a pillow that works for us individually. Great customer service and shipping speed. Highly recommend!

Amazing product, HORRIBLE service

The problem with this company is not the product. We own 2 organic millet night pillows and we LOVE them. They are amazing pillows and my husband and I sleep so much better on these pillows. However, I recently placed an order for another pillow and 2 slipcovers for the pillows we already had. I ordered them on Nov. 26. I sent the company an email a few weeks later. They responded that they had some supplier issues but my order would be in by Christmas. The order did arrive by Christmas (almost a month after I ordered). The wait was not a problem for me, but they never updated me on when my package would ship, I never got a tracking number or shipping confirmation (and they charge $15 for shipping!). When I finally received my order I was missing the 2 slipcovers. They had included some eye night pillows and a gift certificate for the inconvenience of the late order but all I wanted was what I ordered and they failed to deliver that. I sent them and email asking them to send the missing items, they failed to respond even though they had previously responded to my emails. I have now called twice and left voicemails. I have heard NOTHING! At this point I just want a refund! Terrible customer service. They have not answered their phone a SINGLE time I've called.

Duplex pillow

I bought a buckwheat pillow about 12 years ago and really liked it. It was time for a new pillow, so I decided to try a duplex pillow. I love the millet side. It is so soft, and I like it even better than the buckwheat. These pillows have really helped with my headaches.
