Pillowcompany 

I ordered two buckwheat pillows on July 25th. The charge posted to my credit card almost immediately and I did receive an email confirming my order with an order number, however, a tracking number was not provided. Five business days later, I called the Pillow Company after I had not received the pillows or an update on the delay. I called the retail voicemail but that was a dead end voicemail box. I left a message on the wholesale voicemail but got no response; neither did I get a response to my email inquiry. This is a scam company... DO NOT ORDER from this sham company. It's now been a month and STILL NO PILLOWS or NO UPDATES!!! My credit card company is investigating.

It’s been over a month and I have not received my pillows, but did receive this survey. So I thought I would fill it and in hopes that my pillows arrive.

Pillow Company LLC stole my money and has not delivered the pillows I ordered. I've tried emailing and leaving multiple voice messages with zero response. Now when I call, I get a message telling me that their messaging box is full. Do NOT do business with Pillow Company LLC!

Have not received my order and customer service is non-existent. No one answers the phone. It has been a month since I ordered. Do NOT buy from this company.

Said I would get a free pillow sent me two charged me for two. Fraud

I ordered essentially the same pillow from them about 15 years ago, and it lasted until last month. Very well made. Can't stand to sleep with any other pillow. I would prefer a nicer pillowcase, though. There's nothing bad about the pillowcase choices, but they're very plain.

Very long delay in delivery with no explanation and no response from customer service despite multiple inquiries about the delay. Thiis is a major frustration and will make me think twice before ordering again even though product quality is good.

I love my new pillow. I sleep like a baby all night. It is the best pillow I have ever had. I recommend it highly.

Tips on getting the pillow right to.fullness would be great I've taken two sandwich baggies of buckwheat out and one freezer baggy of millet. Still.gettng spasms. Too high

I love the knee pillow I ordered! Despite having to wait a very long time to receive the pillowcase that should have cone with it, the company made things right by sending me a generous discount coupon and a spare pillowcase to boot. I would definitely purchase there again!

My Husband and I bought one of your pillows 5 years ago. Our daughter bought a house and we help with the fixing up which means we stay over a lot. one time we forgot our pillows, went on a frantic search but could not find the right pillow. So we ordered two new pillows for us and brought our old ones to her house. This way we always have our pillows!

My Mom has slept on a buckwheat pillow for years I convinced her that the millet hulls add a microbead softness to the buckwheat of the pillow. So she just bought one of your pillows and loves it too.

I would recommend these to anyone.

Fast service and an excellent pillow. I own both types but use the walnut hull primarily myself.

We needed new buck wheat hull pillows because ours were over 10yrs old. We got these and my husband opened them up first and put our own pillow cases on them only. Unfortunately he is on statins and bled through on the pillow. I’m disappointed that this product is not protected better. I’m not sure how to spot clean and it’s not high on my priority list. 🙀

This pillow is definitely different. I’m not sure this is going to be for me, but I am going to keep trying. I find the husks to be difficult to work with, make sure they don’t get on your bedding as they leave blackish marks on them, hoping they wash out. It is quite heavy, but like I said I will know more in a couple of months. I probably will not buying another one.

I’ve had the hardest time finding the perfect pillow over the years. I’ve switched between memory foam and feather pillows I don’t know how many times only to receive chronic neck pain in return. A friend of mine told me about The Pillow Company and I was intrigued. She let me borrow her travel pillow for three nights and I could already tell a difference so I ordered a standard one. A few weeks later it arrived and I can’t tell you how happy I am! I can actually form the perfect space for my neck and it won’t move unless I want it to. Whoever thought that millet hulls would make a great pillow was a genius! I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’m never going back to a regular pillow again!

Purchased pillows for my wife and I. So far, the pillows feel comfortable, and I am very appreciative of the extra items thrown in due to items being on back order to accommodate my inconvenience, but I can only give three stars due to the six week wait for the items to arrive.
