PJ Outdoors Opiniões

Excellent product and unbelievably fast from ordering to delivery - really appreciated!

Great price for my Zempire tent!

Really good company to do business with from initial phone call through to delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to buy a large purchase item from them again.

We bought the chairs at the Caravan show in October. Out standing service at the show. Promised delivery in January. True to the word

I’ve been a regular visitor to the store for both personal use, and as a scout leader, service has always been great with helpful staff and good product choice.

All supplied in the agreed timescales from the Motorhome show at the NEC.

I ordered the awning and all relevant fittings at the Caravan & Camping Show in October with an anticipated delivery of mid November. Was thrilled when it arrived early......and equally disappointed to find it was just the awning, no fittings. Waited another couple of weeks and rang them to be told there was a delay and it would be with me the following week. Nope. Rang again to be told they were waiting for the carpet and wanted to send everything together. Eventually it all arrived but the weather has been so awful (Storm Darragh) I haven't been able to check it out. As I'm new to all this I'm somewhat disappointed that it took so long. However, customer services were polite and helpful but even so a two month wait was a bit much.

Swift delievery, well packaged and really helpful/friendly staff when i called to make an enquiry. Thank you!

Great price received within 3 days of purchase.
Well done

Excellent service and very speedy delivery. Really good prices. I will definitely be buying from PJ Outdoors again.

Really quick service and delivery with items well packaged.

Good description of product and demonstration

Efficient service. Ordered at the Motorhome Show and received the following day.

At the campervan and caravan exhibition. Having understood my requirements, gave good advice on type and style of campervan awning.
I’ve experience of the quality and believe it to be excellent value at the show prices offered. 🤞👍

From start to finish we looked after extremely well. All our questions were answered and the technical components very well explained. Highly recommend.

Delivery was much sooner than we expected.

Experience and knowledge was very good product arrived how ever one of the air tubes won’t except the twist and turn attachment to blow it up so had to use straight one

Very good service with prompt delivery. Many thanks.

Good communication through out the process, and received well in advance of due date.
