Didn't deliver on time.

Supposed to be a 3 working day delivery timescale. After 4 working days, I emailed to ask why I still hadn't received an 'item dispatched' notification. I'm still waiting for a response to that email...
The item finally arrived a week after ordering. I will not order from this company again.

Read other (negative) reviews and was concerned about a radiator I had ordered. However received a call from Plumbhub advising of issues within the manufacturer, but I would receive a despatch/delivery notification within 24 hours, and that's exactly what happened. Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later and it turned up as promised. Well packaged and exactly as described, so very pleased with Plumbhub and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Competitive prices but difficulty contacting about delivery delays

Short conclusion: Competitive prices, but active contact and effort required to get answers for delayed delivery of 2 radiators. Should have been 2-3 working days, but instead was 19 working days.

Full review: Took a chance on Plumbhub after reading reviews here - unfortunately I have fallen into the 1 star category. I ordered a couple of radiators on 28th September with an apparent delivery window of 2-3 working days. Heard nothing so tried to contact them by email and phone from 6th October to see what was happening. No response to emails and phone going through to answerphone.

Update:
After leaving a 1* review above, I was contacted by Plumbhub' company director to apologise and explain the reason for the delay - "serious IT issue with our logistics partner". There was no timeline for resolution initially offered, so after emailing again 3 working days later I was informed the issue had be resolved and the radiators would be delivered within 3 working days. It was 4 working days before I was contacted by the delivery company, with the earliest delivery in 2 days time (23rd October).

Disappointing Experience with Plumbhub – Order Refunded Without Explanation

I was initially pleased to find what seemed like a great deal on a bathroom radiator for £169 on Plumbhub, especially since other websites were selling the same model for £200–£300. I intended to purchase several, but fortunately, I only ordered one on Friday.
To my surprise, I received an email the next day stating, "Your order has been refunded," with no explanation whatsoever — just a note that the refund could take up to 10 days.
When I checked the Plumbhub website again, I noticed the exact same radiator was now priced at £230, with 5 units shown as in stock. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices.
Why was my order cancelled and refunded without any reason, only for the product to reappear shortly after at a much higher price?
This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Plumbhub can provide a proper explanation and improve communication going forward.

Ignore their stated delivery time.
Ordered a Radiator showing as ‘in stock’ order confirmation gave 3 business days.
Ordered on a Tuesday. So that should have made Friday latest for delivery.
Monday I call Plumbhub - Person I need to speak to not available, he will call me back. Hour later same again. Another hour later I call again ( not best pleased ) to be told that the they guy had only just come back from holiday and the radiator would be with me, guess what - in 3 business days. They had to order it from their supplier who delivered direct. So for nearly a week they hadn’t ordered it as the guy was on holiday. No apologies, no call backs. They even failed to respond to my email about their system failed to process a discount code they issued me!!
A shower of Sh….
Use them knowingly !

The radiator had to be sourced directly from our supplier, which caused the hold-up, and we clearly could have done a much better job keeping you updated while our colleague was away. We also apologize that your discount code wasn’t applied correctly and that your email went unanswered.

The let down was the delivery

The let down was the delivery , he parked on the opposite side of the road and wanted to leave it there for my husband to get it in the house alone. It’s a triple 500x 2000 radiator very heavy for 2 let alone 1 . Very begrudgingly he assisted

Just avoid

Terrible company agents were really rude on phone . . Pretending to call before three as apparently there's there next day delivery window. . And then promising the driver would call me to give me a hours notice as the delivery was then delayed due to this . . He didn't and just arrived and wanted a signature for the goods but advised he didn't have a pen for it . . But I couldn't receive the goods without a signature . . Absolute joke
