Ignore their stated delivery time.
Ordered a Radiator showing as ‘in stock’ order confirmation gave 3 business days.
Ordered on a Tuesday. So that should have made Friday latest for delivery.
Monday I call Plumbhub - Person I need to speak to not available, he will call me back. Hour later same again. Another hour later I call again ( not best pleased ) to be told that the they guy had only just come back from holiday and the radiator would be with me, guess what - in 3 business days. They had to order it from their supplier who delivered direct. So for nearly a week they hadn’t ordered it as the guy was on holiday. No apologies, no call backs. They even failed to respond to my email about their system failed to process a discount code they issued me!!

The let down was the delivery , he parked on the opposite side of the road and wanted to leave it there for my husband to get it in the house alone. It’s a triple 500x 2000 radiator very heavy for 2 let alone 1 . Very begrudgingly he assisted

Terrible company agents were really rude on phone . . Pretending to call before three as apparently there's there next day delivery window. . And then promising the driver would call me to give me a hours notice as the delivery was then delayed due to this . . He didn't and just arrived and wanted a signature for the goods but advised he didn't have a pen for it . . But I couldn't receive the goods without a signature . . Absolute joke

Much cheaper than another site selling the same product which is quite bespoke. Called to arrange delivery date. Easy to use.

Small order: Speedfit removal tool. Came very quickly, at a reasonable price and with sensible postage. Good efficient company, would order form them again. Thank you.

Been meaning to write this for a good few weeks now. I ordered a Reina Scalo radiator but unfortunately Reina let these guys down as they had discontinued it and didn't have any more in stock. Plumb Hub reimbursed me straight away the next day. I was initially concerned the money hadn't been taken and I can't remember who I spoke to but a really helpful guy explained what had happened and he genuinely wanted to quickly sort the reimbursement out before he went home. I appreciate I never actually bought anything from them in the end as I couldn't order a replacement due to them not having the model I wanted on their website. However, I wouldn't hesitate to give them another go as I'm pretty sure some other companies would have sat on the refund money for quite some time.

I moved home and my old address was on the delivery notes, I emailed customer services and they sorted the delivery enroute, great product and even greater service.

My central heating system is brilliant but over 40 years old. I was mortified to break a thermostat control and worried. But I found the part I needed straight away on plumbhub and it was perfect. Sent me wrong item, phoned you twice to resolve it!, an email also was sent to you as instructed. You said it would get sorted but nothing done. Now I've paid about 9 pounds for 1 rubber washer! Not happy!

So, I'm 11 days into a 3 day delivery promise. I contacted you (via your website info email) 4 days in, you did not respond.
I rang 4 days ago and complained; the goods were now out of stock but coming in a day ago.
I also sent an email 4 days ago to your info email address (yet again NO response).
Why bother having a info email if no one reads them/respond.
Still eagerly awaiting the item; you said it would be sent 24hr priority on Wed 1-2 days ago.
Been without heating now for 11 days.
Am I disappointed !!!!!!!

Some initial problem getting the FRANKE kitchen tap. ~ At the best price.

I don’t like giving poor reviews however I’ve given up with this company
I ordered a radiator which was having to be made so I knew it was going to take around 10/12 weeks to arrive
Each time I contacted the company for delivery date I was told they would look in to it and get back to me I contacted them on 4 occasions and got no real response
When the radiator arrived it had a 3 to 4 inch scratch on it and two other chips on it I showed it to the driver who agreed it was damaged.
I spoke to the company and they said that they would credit the delivery cost @£50.00 they said that they would ring me with a mobile number so I could send over the pictures I had taken and they haven’t done that either again very poor
I don’t expect to ever see the credit the whole experience has been very disappointing

Was exactly what I ordered, delivered to my door and done in a timely manner.

Radiators arrived damaged with dents on the side panels that had been bent and dislodged, ripping out the retaining screws.
They showed no interest of concern in the damage caused in transit or how this would be sorted out
