Everything was excellent. From my first enquiry, all the WhatsApps & Emails were responded to quickly, I was offered a very fair price for my Rolex Coke, and the price of the B-Metal GMT II was good as well, so a good deal was done.

Elliott arranged for collection of my watch the next day, and once he'd checked it was as I described it, my new watch was posted same day and arrived the next.

The watch I bought was exactly as described too, and is superb.

All in all excellent, and I will be back for a Sea Dweller James Cameron in December.

I was a somewhat cautious customer, having previously had a bad experience with a Rolex I'd bought from another dealer some years ago. Stephen was incredibly patient, giving options and advice until I felt completely comfortable. No pressure at all. When I closed the transaction, he kept me up to date, even offering to size the bracelet for me, and I received the watch the next day. Everything was exactly as described and I'm one delighted customer.

Stephen was the most amazing help from start to finish in our engagement ring experience! We had the opportunity to discuss different ideas we had for what we wanted, and he took the time to explore them with us. He also was so brilliant at explaining about different stones / settings etc and the benefits of going one way or the other - something we are extremely grateful for as we were clueless to begin with! The Pomerance office in Canary Wharf also made for a wonderful day out, and the view you get from up there is second to none.
