Hoping for some broad advice before engaging their services I encountered an an arrogant response from a receptionist who over qualified me before passing me onto a member of the “new business team” who had no interest in engaging with my problem, was not legally qualified and was only interested in telling me that the rates were £350 an hour and I would have to make a deposit of £1500 before I could speak to someone who was legally qualified. I will let you make your own decision on whether or not you are happy to deal with a company who deal with new enquiries for assistance in this manner .

At a certain point, I began to feel that the requests for extensive identity verification went beyond what was reasonable. This additional layer of scrutiny compounded the stress I was already under due to the substantial information required for my Remortgage. It appeared that I was unable to provide sufficient evidence of my identity, intensifying the pressure throughout the process. On a more positive note, this aspect underscores the company's commitment to professionalism and safeguarding measures.

Nevertheless, I remain inclined to reach out to Poole Alcock Solicitors again without hesitation. The exceptional professionalism and attentive care exhibited by the entire Emily Brown Team are factors that instill confidence.

Kate Heath and her team were fantastic and got my sale turned around extremely quickly after a nightmare with another "recommended" solicitor by my estate agents. Only regret is not goinv with her from the start. Constant dialog/updates telling me exactly was needed and where I was up to. I had more correspondence with her in the final month than the 5 months with PRO CONVEYANCING. Thankfully they have been shut down I believe. Anyway I wouldn't use anyone else from now on as couldn't have asked for more.

We instructed Poole Alcock for both our sale & purchase of properties. Victoria and her team were very helpful, professional but friendly. If we had any questions they promptly acted. Overall it helped the process to go smoothly. Would definitely recommend Victoria and would use them again.

A bit slow, taking six months to complete. If there was an issue with the sellers, I should have been informed earlier and through the process. Six months to complete was too long. And like a queue, I had committed and then saw investment in my time.

Don’t trust this firm! They trying repeatedly send you some emails which you never asked for and after that sending long bills to charge you for each email they sent you +VAT!!!! This is called proper scam and fraud! They have charged me £462 extra for nothing!!!
I have complained to the relative department but after a while and today I received a letter from them to either pay the money that I don’t deserve to pay or they will pass me to the dept collector and the court!!!
Yes Poole Alcock Solicitors could do legal action against a man who loosed whatever he had in his life and is living difficult to pay his bills and the food in most difficult circumstances of his life!!!
I believe that is just legal scam under cover a solicitor’s firm because they are professional lawyers and know how to suck the blood of poor people who trusted them!!!
Please don’t trust Poole Alcock Solicitors for your mental and financial sake!!!
