I have ordered thousands of pounds of clothing over the years from PG, and I can honestly say they are an absolute shambles.

Sizing is terrible, standards of clothing has gone down the toilet, and the returns process is an absolute joke.

They owe me money now and I cannot get anyone to help me, terrible company now, STAY AWAY!!!

And their response below is an absolute lie. This company are frauds, do not get involved.

Regarding your return, we did respond to all your emails to confirm that your return was still within our processing timeframe and that you would been notified via email when it has been processed by our return team. We appreciate the processing turnaround may not be ideal for everyone but we are in a busy period of sale so try to accommodate and be as fair as possible to all customers awaiting refunds or exchanges, so we cannot expedite individual returns except in exceptional circumstances.

Your return has been processed today and a refund has been issued - I have emailed to notify you of this.

If you'd like to discuss your complaints with regards to sizing and quality further we would be more than happy to.

Spent alot of money over the years and…

Spent alot of money over the years and just received items from a order and not one item fit me, I have stuff in the same size I wear but every item I tried on was no way the size it claimed to be.
And the thing is if I order a size larger it will be like a tent (I have done this) the only good thing I can say is customer care will refund it so I'm just disappointed really as I wanted these items and I have another parcel being shipped today that will just be going back.
The QC isn't there anymore and I want to give pretty green a good review but it's going downhill.
It seems like you just stick tags on every size without checking.
It is pot luck if you get stuff that fits now.

Sizing/Style/Fit can vary across our products from regular fit, slim and oversized, therefore the mesurements can vary.
Where necessary a more detailed size guide or a disclaimer about the fit can be found in the product description. However I do appreciate these finer details are not found across all.

Quick and polite

Joseph had my issue resolved within 10 minutes if my initial email and response times was under 2 minutes each time. And was very polite!

Appalling Customer Service

I have ordered from pretty green for years without many issues. However, I placed an order at the start of December (a Christmas present for a family member) and one day checked the dpd shipping tracker which had told me that the items had been sent back to the sender. I emailed their customer service which were originally helpful and told me they would send out another parcel and even refund the shipping. This was now mid December. However, I have still not received anything and so have contacted the company multiple times and have received no response. They have taken over £150 from me and I have not received any items. All I want now is a refund, but I’m not hopeful that that will ever happen. Very disappointed and annoying.

Brilliant Customer Service

Brilliant Customer Service and big shout out Joseph in Customer Care. Super helpful and responsive. Other companies could learn a thing or two here!
I'm a regular customer at Pretty Green. On this particular order I had a number of delivery issues with Royal Mail. Obviously not PG fault but the way they managed the situation was excellent, fair and fast. Items received and very happy!

Good quality clothing

I regularly shop at pretty green and am always happy with their clothes.
This was the 1st time I’ve had to contact customer services. It was a bit slow getting a response however I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the postal strikes, assume they were busy with customers wanting to know where their orders were.
I wanted items exchanged, they were very quick to refund and send replacements. They kept me up to date via email.
I’d recommend pretty green.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your excellent service. I enquired about some spare buttons & after a few short prompt messages all was sorted & I received the buttons FOC within a couple of day. so impressed with the prompt friendly professional service. A special mention to Joseph who handled my query & did a great job.

I will be definitely buying Pretty green products again off the back of this & will be telling others about the amazing service provided.

Pretty poor

Pretty poor - After giving you a 5 star review in June and ordering more clothing the quality has gradually gone downhill- The last order the quality was embarrassingly bad. A hole in the sweatshirt, two tee shirts the same but different colours both sized differently but made in the same place ? you used to be reliable on quality but after this I think it is time to look at your output and manufacturers. Very disappointed.

Not a happy Customer

I made a purchase online earlier in the week for shoes and a jacket and paid for next day DPD delivery.
During the order process they offered me a 10% offer so used that and made the purchase.
No email confirmation was received so contacted customer service who said my order could not be found.
Then they cancelled order and asked me to re order again without honouring the 10% discount-so in effect charging me 10% for their error.
Shocking service and won’t be using them again.

The reply below has come after a total fiasco with customer service.

They decided to offer me the 10% but the two items have now gone to full price.
So they wanted me to send them the original discount code,pay full price and then they would send me the refunded difference.

I have far better things to do than waste my time trying to make a purchase.
I declined the offer.

Really impressed. First time ordering and the whole process was really good. Free delivery and free returns, refund processed quickly with no issues. Boots I kept were really nice, great quality and the packaging is top notch.
