Myself & my husband were gifted a 3 course meal for prezzos. Went on line and registered the buy a gift voucher booked the prezzos in Stevenage through the correct channels. When turned up the staff did not accept our voucher kept asking me to register it. Of which I had already done. They also told us with the voucher we couldn’t order off the main menu and would need to be guided by their choice. They didn’t even bother to check our reservation to clarify the booking though but a gift. Needles to say we walked out without having a meal. They were very patronising and in my eyes customer service was non existent
I am going to take this further as it was our anniversary of which I pre-warned them. All I hope is my son gets his money back cos we will never step
Foot in a prezzos ever again

Ordered a takeaway and was appalled by the portion size. There were only 16 pieces of pasta in the dish and when we eat inside Prezzo the same portion is much bigger.

Stay clear of this place!!!!! They discriminate against ethnicity and communities. The service awful, atmosphere terrible. The blonde lady (manager) she is absolutely VILE. if you want to be made to feel embarrassed in front of people then by all means.

Disgusting. Owned and operated by racist scum. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS

The food was pretty mediocre in my opinion, especially for the very high prices. The service was good and fast but the restaurant was pretty empty, probably because of the prices.

My wife and I took our grand children to Prezzo at St. Georges in Harrow on 19th December 2023.

We experienced a welcome atmosphere from the very beginning, with the staff there grabbing hold of children's entertainment books (find the words, paint the picture, riddles etc.), complete with crayons, and guiding us to a nice table. The place has a good ambience.

Then they brought us two children's menus and two adults' menus.

The food was served with no undue delay, and was excellent in taste and presentation, and the staff spared no effort to make us, and the kids, feel at home! They happily provided us with a bag to take surplus food home.

We woulld certainly feel happy to recommend this restaurant.

What has happened to Prezzo Uxbridge. Bitterly disappointed with our visit today. Food was average, crab and lobster ravioli lacked flavour and had deteriorated greatly to the last time I had it. Husband and sons pizza was mediocre. Service considering it wasn’t busy was poor - had to ask twice for a glass for the soft drink and and tomato ketchup. Prices for drinks are extortionate. Prezzo will not be around for much longer unless they make big improvements.

The Prezzo restaurant in Weymouth is pleasant with good views and the waitress was fine. However, I chose a pumpkin ravioli which was very nice and tasty, what there was of it. There were 6 pieces of ravioli in a very thin sauce. I finished it off in about 5 minutes and was still starving. Considering it cost £16.95 I thought it was poor. I needed a side of chips to fill me up! Come on Prezzo, this just isn’t good enough. My partner chose spaghetti bolognaise and had a heaped plate!!

My gf and myself got a takeaway from Prezzo, in Lymington the weekend before last. I can't believe how much it's gone downhill in the past year. We ordered Rigatoni alla rusticana and a margarita pizza. The pasta dish was lacking in flavour and the chicken had a strong flavour of 're-heated'. The pizza was tasteless too and noticeably smaller than they used to be. All this on top of the fact that Prezzo have increased their prices. Will not bother getting takeaway or eating in there again. There's far better pizzas in town!

We aye Prezzo near Charing Cross station and the food was the worst I have ever eaten in London. The carbonara was white water (milk??) with dried bacon bits and spaghetti. The Pizza are laughably bad.

Chains like this are a shameful money grab based using location as a bait for passing tourists.

We had kids with us an even they wouldn’t eat the food and believe me, my kids will
eat almost anything! 1/10.

We were at St. Martin’s Lane branch for
Bottomless brunch. Klaudia our server was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, polite and quick. We will definitely return.

Had a nice meal at Prezzo Stevenage and offered 3 Tesco vouchers in part payment. Waitress returned saying that only 2 vouchers were needed and appeared on the receipt. However checking my Clubcard account and talking to Tesco confirms that all 3 vouchers were used and I was overcharged by £9. Ewa is looking into this and will get back to me.

Ewa replied abd I got a £16.95 voucher for a beef burger and fries which is brilliant so I raised the rating from 1 to 4.

Perhaps Prezzo in Bath don’t like people who book a table for one (having read a review from 31st October).
Table booked online in advance so at least I got a table (unlike earlier reviewer).
The place looks fab in a great location with a characterful interior.
I was shown to a table in the centre of one side of the restaurant directly under a powerful air conditioning unit (it was 9° outside). Realising this would not only be uncomfortable but would make my food cold, I asked if it could be turned down. The answer “I haven’t a clue. Do you want to move?” but before I answered the waiter wandered away saying he would ask someone.
He returned a few minutes later and said it couldn’t be turned down but I could move to the table immediately behind - which was still in the draught. So I chose to stay put.
The food was awful.
Mozzarella bites were like something you might find in Iceland with a vaguely barbecue flavour sauce given a fancy name.
Crab and lobster ravioli was just awful. No discernible filling in the pasta, and the pasta itself was hard and not properly cooked. I enjoy al-dente pasta, but this was actually crunchy in places.
Unable to identify the green and red bits of wet veg on top.
Then to the conduct of the waiting staff - untrained, it seems.
The waiter stood uncomfortably and intrusively close to the tables as he stood around looking for the next thing to do. At one point cracking his knuckles.
The whole experience was deeply unpleasant.

Prezzo, Bath centre. Went there on a Tuesday evening, asked for a table for one, handed a menu and asked to wait a few moments. Gladly perused the menu, until the manager came up to me and said sorry, no tables available!!! There were loads of empty tables.
Shocking customer service, will not bother with Prezzo again.

Prezzo Lakeside 3 of us had chicken Alfredo there wasn’t a whole breast of chicken in the 3 dishes combined also adding their own 10% tip

Had a meal at Prezzo in Bath. There was six of us .
I had Marsal chicken , the chicken was very tough in the end I had to pick it up to eat it. Whilst I was half way through my meal the fries arrived. I have been a regular at Prezzo and this has been the worse meal i have ever had. The staff never smiled. The toilets had no toilet paper. The rest of our party were not impressed either.

Well we thought what would be nicer than a fine meal before the gig around the corner in the Frist Direct Arena Leeds. Family of four sat outside.
The starters arrived early and the drinks were quick - though we kept being harassed by a waitress trying to sell us more drinks at regular intervals.
One of the main reasons we booked was menu choice due to vegan/veggie options.
Long story short despite trying to chase up our food several times it took more than 1hr and 15mins to arrive and it was pretty rubbish and tasteless. The staff seemed unconcerned though we did get something knocked off the bill as a gesture.
Another table, also outside, experienced very similar issues.
Avoid - or sit inside, maybe they notice you better in there.

Manager of Broughton restaurant was so rude when we only had cash on us. Said that he had told us it was card only when we arrived but he definitely didn't! Eventually agreed to take it but only because we had no other way to pay and made it known to us that he wasnt happy. Ruined a lovely birthday meal

Surprised that thus restaurant is opened in central London… pizza was far below expectations… prawns with gnocchi was the same… food was tasteless… the atmosphere is friendly and the prices are fair

Im glutenfree the menu is excellent the staff go out of their way to serve you my pepperoni gluten-free was very good
