Dear Kali Katt,
We are very sorry to learn that you're unsatisfied with our facility. The interaction with our staff that you describe is contrary to our mission to provide excellent customer care. We sincerely apologize and in no way condone rude behavior. As for the facility layout, again, we're sorry it's not suitable for you. With regard to the closing time, we did not come to this lightly. After many years of experience, we have determined that the 7PM closing time offers optimal security for all tenants, as no one is allowed to remain on the property during the later evening hours. The last entry of 6:45PM allows our staff to make certain that all tenants have left the property. We hear good things from customers who are happy that people aren't allowed to roam on the premises at night. So we're sorry it doesn't suit you. We do appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important for us as we are always looking for ways to improve. I am surprised to learn that cart availability is an issue. We don’t usually hear this as a concern. Perhaps they carts were in use at the same time you were attempting to use them? Nonetheless, we are taking this into consideration. Same goes for the proof of insurance process. We hear you and will look into making that easier. As for the rate increases, we do two per year typically. This is a standard practice in the storage industry. We maintain some of the highest quality, cleanest properties in the business and it is sometimes necessary to adjust tenant’s rates. The rental rate is not guaranteed for the life of the rental and is disclosed as such in the lease. However, we want to improve so would like to look at better ways of communicating that to tenants at sign up. Thank you.

Thank you for giving us your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve. I am sorry that you’re unhappy with our rate schedule. We do typically have two increases per year, not 3 or 4. We operate much like apartment communities, hotels and airlines, and rates are impacted by insurance, wages, taxes, utilities and property maintenance. Our tenants have an expectation of excellence that we strive to deliver every day. Our properties are some of the cleanest and best maintained in the industry. I am very sorry that you had a problem getting your online account setup. We are constantly working with staff to improve their knowledge so they can better assist our customers. I simply don’t know what went wrong there. We’ve worked hard to make the online account process a simple one. Everything you’ve posted is being taken into consideration, and we do appreciate your business.

I’m Kelly, the marketing manager for Price Self Storage. I am very sorry to hear of your experience at our facility. What you describe is contrary to our mission to provide excellent customer care. This is unacceptable and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I apologize for any abuse you suffered from our employee. We do work extensively with our staff training for customer service, so this is a huge disappointment. Rest assured, we are looking into this.

I’m Kelly, the marketing manager for Price Self Storage. I have read your review and I’m very disappointed, as this is contrary to our mission and core value of providing all customers the same level of excellent service. Frankly I am saddened and shocked and very sorry that you experienced what you’ve described. Would you be willing to provide more detail and include the facility where you are renting, your account name and unit number?
